Yesterday's update. Had to go out for a friends birthday yesterday..... had to take care of my liver and not drink.

Sucked A$$.

Whatever I look pretty sexy right now I don't care lol.

I had a 45 min chest, tri's, shoulder workout yesterday because I was in a rush to get home and go.

Since my updates have been lagging I took the liberty to put down yesterdays entire workout.

Bench

135x 10--warm up
135x 10--warm up
185x 10--warm up
205x 10--fun begins
225x 10x8x9
245x 4 (first time ever moving past 225)

Incline bench

205 x7x7x6

Chest press machine

285 x9x9x8 (entire stack--weak sauce machine ever since starting SD. Could do the entire stack maybe 1-2 times pre-cycle)

Behind the head Military press on smith machine

1, 45 plate, and a 25 plate on each side x6x6x6

I usually do skull crushers after this... but damn even they are outta commision right now lol.

Plate loaded tricep push down machine

3, 45 plates each side x7x7x7

My workouts usually consist of a few more exercises but like I said cut it short to like 45-55 minutes only yesterday and was rushing to even get that workout down^^

I'm goin out tonight... temptation to drink will be there again lol f*ck....

Back, bi's, and traps day.

Tried T bar rows for the first time in my life today. Was hittin up 4 plates for 4-6 reps. Not bad for a virgin to T bars ...I hope lol. I've noticed if I start a new workout, it gains strength so fast for the next couple workouts and plateaus after that. So I'm having pretty good success trying out new workouts.

Was curling a 45 plate on each side of the EZ bar for 4-6 reps. Pre cycle I did a 35 plate on each side for 4-6 reps.

Here is the machine I was telling you guys I do rows on... today I put 5 plates on each side and did x6x6x6

Btw I decided not to even go out tonight for fear of being tempted to drink. I know myself. I'm nursing a hurtin liver right now so gotta put the health and goals first over fun.................................................... fkn sucks lol.

I'll thank myself tomorrow when I don't feel like sh*t and still hittin the weights strong.

PS: DO NOT eat Unreals cottage cheese, peanuts, and protein scoop before a workout. I've been eating it lately when I'm high.. I love it.. but today I had that with some milk preWO and I shat myself everywhere in the gym lol.

It's a great snack tho not gonna lie. I've been eating it as a dessert daily when I'm stuffed and can't do more food. Gets some damn good protein in.
 
that machine looks interesting, 5 plates per arm definitely has to be a ton though. If we had one, i'd try it out ;). My row machine is similar but it's situated a bit differently. But I can't even do 4 plates on my machine.

braaahhhhh my cottage cheese thing is for nighttime, not pre-WO lol. you need carbs pre-WO not cottage cheese.

i hear ya on partying though. It's easy to tell peeps i'm not drinking if i'm in a cut or something. Just lift up your shirt and be like "this is why i'm not drinking." But on a bulk, when i've been exclaiming how much I'm eating (so people understand my weightgain) it's hard to come up with excuses ...

haha I'm gonna flex my biceps and say "that's why mutha****asss" ...abs aren't too good right now. And my word I eat that every time I'm high...aka most nights lol.

Ya dude, 5 plates on each side would be a **** ton.. Like OMFG thats a lot of weight.. We have that machine at my gym, I think it is kinda iffy and back is my strong suit..

How about SD, test and winnie.. Much better than sd/epi :D

If I am still with my current GF getting that to happen may be a futile effort. She is aware that I will, at least once, run test. What she doesn't know is that while I am running it you better believe I will be shooting down some orals as well, won't need PCT initially so she won't have a clue. I don't see this happening for at least a few years or if I can somehow get my hormone panel low enough to get TRT, that would be even better. No one can argue with the doctor's prescription.

I'm pretty happy with myself for staying in yesterday and not going out. I took some heat for it but whatever.. It just proved to me how dedicated I am to my goals. I know if I went and had a couple drinks I would have been so disappointed in myself for a few days.

I get disappointed as all hell even when I sway from my diet. I haven't had sweets in a while and the other day I just couldn't control myself and took down like 20 Oreos in a row.... I was honestly so depressed and sad because of that for like 2 days. I can only imagine what drinking would have made me feel like.

I hear you on breaking the diet... Honestly I can eat absolutely nasty junk food and feel great, my body loves eating **** food... But mentally I get angry at myself, i tear myself apart. One messed up meal and i'll be feeling bad all day long. Man it's really a horrible feeling, the way it weighs down on your conscience so heavily.

It's a high price we pay to look like this.
 
i just eat a normal meal like 2 hours before I lift, no need to get all fancy

Thanks UM. My conscience will wreak havoc on me if I eat like crap... or I don't get in enough cals or protein... I hate it bro. But it does keep me in line.

BIG UPDATE

I haven't gained any weight since starting Epi... up and down from 195-197...

I just weighed myself and I'm 199 morning weight!!!!

I have a feeling I'm going to keep a lot of my gains now. I know creatine is gonna put some damn good weight on from here on in. I usually put on 10 lbs from creatine on it's own within 3 weeks. I can't imagine how much more weight Creatine will put on me right now mixed with Epi in my system....

Hopefully weight gain will continue to rise.

+19 and maybe will continue to rise :) thanks to creatine.

I think I would have stayed at +15 had I not added it in.

Yea I don't use it much anymore either but I figured might as well go for overkill and start saturating muscles with it--heading into war during PCT bro.

But every time I've used creatine I have gained a ton of weight and looked good... drinking 2 gals of water makes it work bro I don't care what anyone says. I've used it before drinking normal water intake and gained sh*t.
