my gym is 24 hours... or at least half of it. when i dont make it to the big side in time, im fukked if i wanna use a barbell.. So basically I tried doing bent rows with 95s and it kicked my ass. got it up for a set of 8 and i was dead lol.. could have done 100 maybe but 120, no way bro. if you can do that then youre gonna KILL bent bb rows and t bar... no doubt about it

Well i don't like all the cable rows and machines, so thats usually what i do, BB bent over rows, Old school TBar rows, Weighted pull ups, and sometimes some 1 arm DB rows.

You know how special I felt for a second thinking my 120 one arm dumbbell rows were so impressive hahaha.

LOL CM, grabbing moist napkins to grip the dumbell for db rows. Hey doing 120 there is pretty good though. I think i topped out around 140 last summer. You should get some straps, my buddy has been bringing them and the extra grip has allowed my heavy pulls to explode. the 315 on bent over rows, 155 on my one armed rows, shrugging 7 plates per side, i can't do any of that with my bare grip. Using those straps has allowed me to push up the weight very aggressively and with good dividends. 7 plates per side on shrugs! My traps feel so sore.

btw, i am 1 step ahead of you with the weed

I've already been fighting off my GF, her family, and my family about gaining some size so fast... yesterday I got slaughtered by all my friends at the table lol. I hadn't seen them all for about a month.

Everyone molested me about gaining some size my god.. "What are you taking?!?" "Can I come workout with you?!?!" hahaha I liked it, but damn obviously someone mentions "steroids" in a joking manner and the situation got a a little serious lol.

Then they all started talking seriously and all the girls at the table were like "You have to be taking steroids" in a half joking half serious manner.. I was thinking "Yea b*tches, chocolate god damn milk is on the good stuff" but really it came out "I'm just eating lots of food" LOL.

Man for like 25 minutes me and steroids were the subject of discussion. All the guys started saying "no no he'd be way bigger if he was taking steroids" fkn idiots.. people think you take roids one time and gain 60 pounds of muscle. This is straight up hard a$$ work to do this. I sacrifice my day plans around my meals (where I'm gonna be so I can eat), put in 10+ hours in the gym a week, stuffing myself to the point of hating food etc etc. This is hard work.

F*** them.

my friends... theyre too busy doing their thing and they saw me the other day and said im lookin jacked. Thats about it. But none of those suckers would actually look down on it, they would be trying to hit me up for some like a bunch of retards haha.

Hahaha man... it pisses me off that people think that. I wish everyone was like you guys and appreciate hard work on roids that pay off and congratulate the hard work instead of blowing it all away saying "mehhh he's on steroids."

Thanks man first time doing it. Was in the middle of a chest and shoulder workout. Saw a guy doing 1 arm DB rows with 70s. Did a set with the 70s to feel it out then went for the 115s.

Hey chocolate u should def try them out. I plan on adding them in for sure.

10 mg SD, 15 mg Epi preWO

Had a full chest, tri's, and shoulders workout today. First one on Epi. I see a difference in definition all over my arms, shoulders, and upper chest and a big difference in size still. On SD alone I just saw a difference in size but I'm really seeing a "hardening" effect.

I feel very hard all day long. I love it. I love the tight feeling.

Everywhere on me is hardening except my stomach lol, I've neglected it a bit trying to achieve mass. I'm getting the exact look I want in my upper body but not on my stomach. I don't mind the trade off to be honest right now.

Strength gains:

I didn't notice any strength gains on my bench today. Usually it goes up every workout by a couple reps, it's insane, but not this workout.

I definitely saw in increase in strength in my shoulders today. Since my shoulder joint has gotten better its like my shoulders are starting to kick in because they JUST started gaining strength.

I only do one direct shoulder workout on my push days and it's the military press behind the head on the smith machine. Usually on that I do 155x8x8x8 or so... today I was doing 185 easily for x7x8x8.

I don't do too much free weight shoulder workouts because I feel heavy weights on shoulder are the an easy risk. I hate shoulder injuries more than anything or shoulder pains so I stick to very "controlled" smooth workouts for them.

I didn't try the 1 repMAX today guys. Honestly, I've been ripped all day LOL. Even at the gym today. I normally hate rippin and doing anything especially working out but I just hit like 1/4 of a bowl every hour-couple hours and I've been feelin damn hungry for my once daunting meals.

Anyways, wasn't 100% because of that lol. It definitely takes some of my drive in the gym. Another trade off I don't mind right now lol.

Ps don't be a fool and quote this long thing lol. My bad for the long updates lately but just got back in after those few days of rest.

Still a good workout bro.. Nice. I like the behind the neck presses but like you I'm afraid of leaving my shoulder suseptible to injury. I think if its one thing you can be cautious on is your shoulders. IMO they might effect your whole upper body portion of your workouts. And that would suck

Day 26 Eh? Wait til that 3rd week of Epi you're gonna get another kick in the pants and your strength is gonna fly up a little more. That's what happened for me. Then I started feeling lethargic the last couple of days, but in the gym I was still unstoppable.

Definitely recommend the nolva/clomid combo. I'm only on day 2 but I'm feeling a lot better. No adverse sides from frontloading the clomid either

I find the confusion around dieting funnier than confusion around supplements or training.

My co-worker said something like "youre so lucky you never have to diet" as i walked out of the breakroom at work with my 3pm cottage cheese snack. He started talking about how I clearly just eat whatever i want cause i have like 3 or 4 meals at work while he watches his diet so closely, only eating the 100 calories snack packs of oreos or nacho chips.

I tried to explain that although portion control is important, macro nutrients are important too. That 700 calories a day of carbs and trans-fats is worse than 3000 calories with at least 250g protein. Fell on deaf ears.
 
Yeah I thought you ate cheese burgers preworkout and tacos post workout. Macros?? Is this some new eating technology? I want some macros man how much they run?
 
How about my sister waiting a month till her reunion to start taking OEP. Oh and she didnt ask me about it till AFTER she bought it when she knows Im a supplement junkie. Oh and she drinks A LOT on the weekends. Some people are just lost causes.

Well that was free money to USP Labs eh? Ive got relatives like that. I try and tell them everything you do has to be on point before you see a supplement making a difference and they're like "it says BURNS FAT right there on the bottle" LMAO
