Chocolatemilk hangs low with hCG; and builds high with SD/Epi (Pic Log)

CM when u planning to max out? make sure u get a few good warm up sets in.. not too much volume though.. make sure ur elbows are warmed up also.... if your not used to maxing id def look up a few warm up techniques and see what works for you... i personally like more warm up sets then other people to max.. but everyone is different

definitely agree.

be plenty warmed up, have sufficient calories and water intake the prior 24hours to the lift.

I'll take all that into account guys thanks for the input... I was on a 3 day break that was much needed.

I'm gonna hit up legs today, back tomorrow, annnnnddddddd chest the day after (if all is well I will max on this day).

My elbows and wrists don't hurt AT ALL when doing legs and back workouts, but they hurt a bit on chest days so I figure doing legs and back first will give them a couple more days rest.

Man it's so damn hard to take down 2 gallons of water a day... jeezus.. I'm spending half my life standing over the damn toilet.

Mind over matter.

I'm gonna put on my favorite benching song for this... at the 30 second mark it makes me go nuts and wanna kill the damn weights haha.

2 litres? wait......! what? lol yeah 2 Gallon haah.. BTW how much of the strength you think you will lose after the PCT? any ideas around?
 
Hmm OK! I hope you retain most of it or atleast the poundage you are putting on! I have read some people saying 3 lbs of LBM post PCT. But with good diet and solid PCT, I would expect more than that..
 
DAY 24

Well boys Day 24 is upon us.

10 mg SD in the morning. 15 mg Epi in the morning.

10 mg SD preWO. 15 mg Epi preWO.

Liver is taking a little beating but it's only a few days more of this and I'll drop SD.

Started off with legs like I said. Today was the first day that I got to workout using Epi. For being a dry cycle, my knees feel great and everything.

Squats 315 x8x8x9 All good control and pretty damn deep.

I was repping the entire stack on the leg extension machine 285 x15x15x15.

Moved to the leg extension that I attach plates myself to cuz the machine is weak sauce. SD made me outgrow the damn thing lol.

On the plate loaded leg extensions I was doing 215 x7x7x8. This one is alot tougher for some reason. But looked damn good extending 4 plates and a 35 plate on it all at once.

These numbers are WAY better than my starting numbers. I was squatting 275 x10x10x10 deep Pre cycle. By next workout I know I will hit those reps with 315 easily.

I look bada$$ squatting I love it. You can tell people look with hatred and dread at the squat rack and I love to be there doing the workout they hate. Feels good for some reason.

On a side note.. I was hitting up 250iu of hCG every 3 days and stopped Last Friday for a total of 6 days cold turkey. I just wanted to see if I felt any different without it. I have this to report about that:

Balls atrophied right away.

Libido spiked in the first two weeks like crazy lol, and dropped to maybe 90% in week 3. I can honestly tell you that when I stopped my hCG injection for the 6 days my libido was down at least to %50. I know because my GF was touching me down there yesterday and usually its "BOINGG" stiff as a rock.. but yesterday I was like soft-hard lol.

I did the shot and will see if that changes today :)

But I do feel different. I feel normal again. I felt suppressed and I can really tell the difference. Straight up.

Oh and if anyone is curious about hCG and expiration I'm still using the same 2000iu and this is week 4 and I felt it work today too. So I can tell you refrigerated it DOES last 4 weeks. I know this was debated a little bit.

OK, for those of us who are newbies to this, is it true that HCG comes in two vials which must be mixed? Where do you shoot it? Is it IM or sub-q? Finally, is the 250 iu in one shot or broken up?

Oh, okay, bacteriostatic water, like you would mix IGF-1LR3. Got it. So you can use slin pins. Is the 250 IU one shot? I'm guessing since it's sub-q, you shoot in the abdomen or something like that?

Yea I dread the squat day lol but once I'm under the weights I just zone in start pumping it feeling good.

Thanks Beast! The most I've seen someone squat at my gym was 365 for like 8 reps and he was a big guy. But this other huge dude squats 315 like it's a joke but never goes higher. Other than that, I've yet to see anybody else hitting up 300's on the squat rack, and my gym is a big gym with many members. I feel good being up there with the big dudes of the gym lol.

Yep, mix the amount of bac water you want, make sure you draw 250iu using the slin pin, and into the abdomen quick and easy nothing to it.
 
Today I woke up with morning wood... the past few days wasn't so lucky when stopping hCG. I feel my "system" working normal again after the hCG yesterday.
 
any place w/ fat, doesnt really matter. abs is just easiest. if you do sub q injections ED / multiple times a day switch the spots up you'll end up w/ nerve damage. fcking helios lol

Had a back, bi's, and traps workout today for the first time with Epi and wow. Epi is making an impact already. This is some pretty good stuff.

I told you guys I had increased my cals again. For this whole week I've been eating nothing but eggs, steaks, burgers, rice, some fries, milk, tons of water and man oh man is it showing up. I really cut back on chicken and tuna and eating a little dirty with nothing but beef and high calorie foods.

I'm looking ripped and roided out but my stomach is definitely starting to say goodbye.

For the first time throughout this whole cycle I can finally say that I'm bloated with the diet I have for now. Looks GREAT in a wife beater tho... can't complain. Shirt off is a different story lol.

Strength gains to report on.... man, I started out doing 6 chin ups pre cycle, and was doing 15 today lol. I FINALLY started weighted chin ups today. Quite an accomplishment for me.

On the machine you sit down and load plates on to do rows.. I was doing 4 plates on each side + a 35 plate repping that 7 times. Mannn do I get looks when doing that. I have yet to see anybody in my gym do that much on this machine. Pre cycle I was doing 3 plates each side lol.

Great day. Really feeling euphoric in the gym looking so good.

No joint pains or anything.

Maybe you should do bent over rows those are my favorite back lift as i'm sure you know, you'd probably increase so ****ing fast right now.

I do hit up bent over rows but with dumbbells. I don't usually put down my whole workout for you guys I barely keep track of it myself but pre cycle numbers on bent over rows were 90 lbs x8x8x8... Current bent over rows are 120 x8x8x8. They just tear the sh*t outta my hands. I usually have to grab those napkins with moisture on them that clean the machines and wrap those around the dumbbells.

DAMN you reminded me I wanted to try the bent over rows with the barbell today after seeing you guys all doing that workout and forgot.. sh*t. I'll start that up and throw it into my back workout too.

As for the diet, it is getting really tough eating clean in so much quantities. It's so much food to eat it hurts my appetite and my damn wallet. I'm not eating as bad as you think with the carbs tho to be honest. But I'm tearing it up with the beef lol. My god..

I gotta go to damn buffalo wild wings over here in an hour.. bodybuilders nightmare... going out to eat at a restaurant with people.. don't wanna be an outcast and order "light" food lol. I'm just gonna tear that place up for tonight lol what the hell...

and then I'll have a nice fat bowl waiting for me at home Unreal haha...
