good job on the gains bro. 9 lbs is good, especially when you know you could have bumped up the cals too. i think 500 is a good start, 1500 would of been insane. I think maybe a lot of food waster and some serious bloat. but nothing that 2 weeks of epi wont help with. Are you already on the epi? youre supposed to run a week concurrent before you drop the SD or so thats my understanding
 
Today is a rest day.

Maybe a jog outside but that's it (I'm burning out and gonna jump in the pool to wake up after this so weights are outta the question lol)

2 Weeks on SD, and I already know why it's called Super. I'm holding +9 pounds right now pretty steadily. I'm getting compliments left and right from people and I'm lovin' going to the gym. Pumps are wicked and I'm looking jacked already. Strength... It's weird to struggle on a certain weight one day and not the next all I can say.

Libido is enhanced could be the SD or hCG. Nips are fine. Sleep is normal. Wake up thirsty as hell no matter how much water I drink during the day lol.

20 mg ED has produced no sides except the joint issue that has cleared up.

The plan for me left is:

SD 20/20/
Epi 30/45/PCT

I'm being greedy with the SD but I'm feelin good on it with no sides I feel I can do another week and it wouldn't hurt.

I'm doing a +500 calorie addition to my diet for week three.

Now to the pool. Got a nice tan going too so lookin like true blackmilk humps. And some raisins would be nice to have on this jog LOL. God damn hCG.

What brand/clone of Epi are you using? Sorry if you already answered this, but I'm too lazy to go back and look, LOL.

Well for the first two weeks I was doing about 100 g carbs total throughout the day before workout. The other day I did 200-250 before my workout total and was ON FIRE with the best workout thus far in terms of strength, size, and pumps.

So for weeks 3-6 I'm doing 200-250 g of carbs total before workout. And about 2 gallons of water daily. Theres always a cup in my hand.

I would cut back some carbs a couple days after beast. drop to 150-175.

I think it will pay off nicely to in these coming weeks. I will probably do that as SD won't be there to take em up.

Did a full legs workout in the evening just now.

Man, this stuff is just WOW. I can't wait to show you guys pics I hope they will do justice to this.

The extra carbs in the day... OMG am I ever aggressive in the gym. I normally dislike leg days but I was running to the gym today lol. I'm starting to look big guys like people noticing me every time they see me asking me what I'm taking.

I fkn love this stuff. Theres these two girls who are sisters at my gym (they look like twins so I assume they're sisters cute blondes) that never even look at me lol. Today they came up to me and asked what nationality I was out of nowhere striking up a convo. I was sweating and breathing like a mofo doing 295 lb squats haha but I handled myself pretty well.

Anyways, I don't role like that anymore as I'm loyal to the GF but it just felt damn good.

You guys are in for a treat.

Awesome stuff. I honestly feel tension in my body like very aggressive and tight like I HAVE to get under the squat rack to release it. Who the hell ever "wants" to get under the squat bar lol. Such a weird feeling.

10 in the morning 10 in the evening.

Did a full chest tris and shoulder workout this evening. Being real lazy to get up in the morning but it's giving me lots of time to stock up on carbs. I swear adding carbs to an SD cycle is like adding gasoline to a fire.

Before this cycle started I was doing 205 like 5-7 reps on flat bench and had NEVER done 225 before this cycle.

Last week I was doing 225 for 4 reps and I was a happy man to finally put up 2 plates.

Today, I put up 225 for 6 reps easily and honestly put the weight back on the rack after 6 reps because I was so happy. Like a big smile and laughter came over me in the middle of the set at how easy 6 reps felt.

I then did 225 x8x8x7.

Wow. I am looking stacked in the gym. My under shirt is getting tight as f***.

I'm so excited to weigh myself right now I KNOW I'm up at least 12 pounds. I had given myself till saturday to make +12 but I know I've already made it. I feel like I'm at 190-195 right now.

I'll check tomorrow.

I'm trying hard not to think about parting with the Superdrol right now. But I'm sad because I know I have to stop soon. So far, very successful cycle IMO.

I now walk the walk and I'm loving it. I'm loving chest days. I'm loving every day I have to workout. Euphoric feeling being the gym I swear...

Time to go see the GF like routine lol. Work, gym, sexy time. I have a feeling someone in her family is going to ask me what I'm taking. I've been asked 5 times by people and I'm counting.

I've decided to stop my morning workouts and do my whole workouts in the evening. I might just start up cardio in the morning instead.

The reason is I get to load up on carbs throughout the day and it makes for one damn killer workout.

So, loaded my carbs about 200-250 or so NONE FROM SUGAR all from wheats and headed for a back, traps, and bi's workout.

I don't think it's possible to have a bad workout on SD. Strength is amazing.

My lat pull down numbers pre cycle were 150 x9x9x8

My current lat pull down numbers were 200 x7x7x6

Not bad at all.
