Oh **** son one of my favorite subjects has just cropped up

I love weed. I smoke almost everyday, very light these days though as I dont have the $$ to smoke a lot. Last year though, had a little grow operation going on, so i was a high-roller smoking fat everyday, often twice a day. Never saw any drawbacks.

Let's face it one of the hardest problems bodybuilders face is eating enough calories, when bulking i often have a difficult time getting them down... Weed changes that completely and turns my stomach into a bottomless pit. The only problem is having the willpower to eat the RIGHT food when you get the munchies. For me that's no problem... if you are serious enough to cycle you should have the willpower to handle that.

Usually I smoke before my last meal of the day, cottage cheese with 1 scoop protein powder and a handful of peanuts. That's my daily dessert, it tastes awesome normally and when i'm high it just tastes like heaven. Then I do my high, late night posting and get to sleep... I never have problems sleeping but for anyone who does, weed helps you fall asleep too.

damage to lungs: negligible... use a bong or a vape if concerned
increased estrogen/ lower testosterone: haven't noticed this, my training has never seemed to take a hit (lol) from my use
any other drawbacks --- nope.


Let's recap, as a bodybuilder you need a lot of calories and sleep and weed helps with both those things. It also helps you relax, gets rid of stress, completely takes the edge off. Unless you're a n00b and you get high in an uncomfortable spot and get paranoid... don't be a n00b.

Realistically the only downside is controlling your munchies, it's a powerful tool so you have to wield it properly. That and the fact that it isn't really compatible with some things like going to WORK.

Anyway, I love weed. Bulking supplement of the year. Smoke up life is short.

F yeah Unreal.. I'm with you 100% on this.. I love me some weed. I always like to smoke mine at nighttime too, after i've accomplished everything that needs to be done. Get high and unwind. It's great, and it helps me sleep great as well.

About that cottage cheese, protein powder, and peanuts, do you blend that up, or you just talking about mixing it all together in a bowl?

F*** my gains right now... so about the weed lol. Seriously I brought it up and really wanted input on it so I'm glad I got these responses. I've been holding off on my stash since I started the cycle and it's been a long time since I've had beautiful vaped weed mist in my lungs (5 days to be exact).

I'm so weird with it tho. I'm not a noob by any standards. I Smoked every single day for like 2 years lol, then moved away from home and became a solo toker once in a while. I do get paranoid, I don't get hungry, and it keeps me fukkin wide awake (there is no god damn way I can sleep high if my life depended on it, thoughts are coming in way too fast). Yet I love the stuff and can't live without it.

For me it works more as a cutting agent. When I go on weed smoking binges I often get cut like a drug addict looks lol. Anyways, I guess I need more discipline with it and I should cater its use to a more of a bulking agent.

the paranoia issue, is all in ur head, i used to get it. then told myself, u wouldn't be paranoid about this or that if werent high, and learned how to enjoy being high and it's great.

same with the thoughts, i used to start thinking about **** that happened earlier that day and all these weird things, just a mind game thing. gotta be able to get past that, then you can truly enjoy the effects of weed.

and that is very stange that u don't get hungry on weed, to me, everything tastes better, just drinking some type of sugarfree koolaid or something and it tastes amazing.. lol

When I hypothetically smoked weed, it killed my appetite and made me wanna sleep..

I don't know how it's killing your appetite though i've never even heard of that and I've talked to a lot of stoners. I also dunno where you guys live but i live in northern california and all the weed here is legit, I pack literally 1/8 of a bowl and get high off of it. Just sayin'

I couldn't wake up in the morning for my morning workout as I slept late last night so I just got back from the gym.

Drum roll please..............................I BENCHED 2 PLATES ON EACH SIDE MOTHA FAKKAASS!!! For 4 unassisted reps!!!! AHHHHH YEEEEEEE!!!!!!

This may not mean much to many of you. But I have never done this in my life and it has been my goal since the beginning of my life in the gym. I'm high off life right now.

Last chest day I did 205 x 5 reps failing on the 5th

Today I was doing 205 x 7 reps failing on the 7th; even got it up 8 times once

I have something to confess to you guys... This is my first legit cycle and after 5 days.. I already feel stronger, heavier, thicker, more pumped, more hyped, more mentally alert, more confident and because of this....... it is so tempting to get on cycle and get back into football.... So... unbelievably... tempting. My speed is a killer, my athleticism is amazing, but my strength and weight were never there for support... this is so unbelievably tempting for me you guys have no idea... I'm playing with fire right now.

Welcome to the other side bro..... Nice workout! If you recover fast enough, try to squeeze in 2 chest workouts on one week and see where that strength puts you. Its gonna be hard to come off of this, I already know!!

SC.. I did chest monday day 1.. it was good to go friday day 5. I hit my chest the hardest ever yesterday....... and I feel like it will be good to go on monday again not even that soar.

You know what's a weird experience on SD.. If my muscles are soar in the morning, I feel them get better by the end of they day they don't hurt as much. Usually I have to go to sleep to notice them healing by morning. This is amazing.

BTW this is the song I was listening to when I benched 225 for the first time haha at the 30 second mark I went nuts and made those weights my bitchhhh

I haven't reported anything on this yet but I did my second hCG injection today.

The first injection I did was a couple days ago and it was the first time I had ever injected anything in me.

I'm not gonna lie, I was shaky as I held the slin in in my hand loaded with hCG with questions flooding in my mind like how hard to push it, would it hurt if the needle moved up and down, would it hurt period, how fast to push the plunger. I shanked the son of a bit** in my stomach and pushed the plunger slowly. After I took the needle out, I immediately felt that feeling you get after an adrenaline rush when you're tired, shaky, and just have to sit down.

Today's injection was so smooth and I felt like a pro in and out... and I must admit, I was looking forward to the injection all day for some strange reason. I don't know why but it is so appealing to inject myself lol. No shaky feeling at all today.

I also like to play music while doing it lol... anyone else do this? Gets me in the mood more.

Anyways, I'm glad I started my first injections with hCG in slin pins. It's really removed a lot of my questions and boosted my confidence in myself paving the way for future real injections.... I have to try a testosterone cycle at least once in my lifetime.

Guys is this little weight gain normal? I was on creatine before starting SD and stopped creatine the day I started SD to save it for PCT if I wanted to use it. Could it be that I lost a little water weight due to creatine stoppage and in actuality gained more than 2 pounds? I'm confused. I look like I've gained a good 5, am stronger and more thicker already. Can you guys chime in on this?

Unreal would you call me crazy if I did this... did one more week with the same diet and everything and see the weight gain by the end of the week (maybe this week was slow because of the creatine dilemma). If I'm still not satisfied, would it be ok to run SD for a full 4 weeks and go for a hefty clean bulk the last two weeks. I figure I'll use epi to shred the fat I gain after with mad cardio and a clean diet.

I'm looking real good as far as looks and strength... so I don't know what's up with a 2 pound increase. Let me know what you think if I did that. Cuz I really wanna see the scale go up too.






As for right now, gettin a late night vape goin. Got some nice healthy anabolic munchies next to me. TV goin. Gonna sleep like a baby tonight. After I burn out a bit lol.

I don't think the fish oil is helping too much except by relieving inflammation. What do you guys recommend my joints are already starting to feel it I HAVE to take today off because of this maybe just get in cardio today.

And for the joints I recommend cissus(bulk if you can cap your own) at about 3g a day, MSM at 4g a day, & if you can afford it Hydrolyzed Collagen. But the first 2 should do the trick, I have bad joint problems and these help tremendously.
 
Will they work right away if I buy them or some preloading needed? I might do the animal felx, super cissus, and hydrolyzed collagen but would they work right away? The pains a killer.
 
With my experience the MSM and cissus take about 4 days to kick in, but the collagen I will start to feel it the next day if I dose it 3 or 4g the first day. If you're really desperate, I've heard of ppl drinking super concentrated black cherry juice/extract to reduce inflammation and pain but it won't build up the tissue to make them stronger the way that MSM and cissus will.

6-10 unleashed and post cycle 3 caps of each ed
6-10 sustain alpha 5 pumps every morning.

Do u see anything which should or shoudn't be there?

If you're really desperate, I've heard of ppl drinking super concentrated black cherry juice/extract to reduce inflammation and pain but it won't build up the tissue to make them stronger the way that MSM and cissus will.

Thanks doc. Just got some MSM and glucosamine chondroitin (sh*ts pricey)... Gonna start dosing it right away. Hopefully this helps if not I will get the cissus and collagen too. I'm finishing this cycle no matter what it takes.

2-4 hcgenerate 3 caps am 2 cap pm
6-10 unleashed and post cycle 3 caps of each ed
6-10 sustain alpha 5 pumps every morning.

Np. Well if I'm reading this right, 6 weeks of SD at 20 mg a day is not recommended by anyone on here. And SD is serious stuff you need a SERM for PCT.

I don't know your experience with PH/DS, or your diet and stats but it might be hard to keep SD gains running SD solo. Also if it's your first time you should try 10 mg for th first week or jump on a milder PH/DS but it's your choice in the end.

Read Unreals guide to superdrol about this it's in the anabolics section right here. It will answer many questions for you. That's where I started.

six wks of SD is a bad idea. six wks at the same dose is a worse idea. six wks at the same dose with no SERM is just straight f ucking retarded. if you took even one minute to read anything on this here site about superdrol you would know better.
