Can't go wrong with Epi-Strong

Hoping the not too shut down thing holds true with the Malicious Mass, not sure how much Max LMG shuts you down though. Then again I am probably going to pulse it...

DON'T pulse it. Max LMG is a lousy pulsing compound. Long half-life. Just run it straight. Every day dosing.

Well if I can bounce back fast with the PCT I have planned I could be looking at further progress....:sgrin:

I have absolutely no worries about you bouncing back quickly with that PCT you have laid out. Just don't skip the SERM no matter what you "feel" like or what others may tell you. The SERM will make a big difference. :yup:

Got to agree I ran the Nolva at 20/20/10/10 along with the Post Cycle Support in my Havoc cycle and the pct went really well.

Chest Giant set

Flat db press 95's X 8 drop 75's X 8 ss
Incline fly's 60's X 8 drop 50's X 8 ss
Decline press 75's X 8 drop 60's X 8

Ok the first set was not a big surprise but the second I only missed on rep on the first set getting the 95's X 7 hek I only got 6 on the first set last week and you are seriously depleted on this routine after the first. I could have gotten 100's today ... oh well. I had to drop the weight a bit for the third.

Back I went up 15 lb on all exercises for the first 2 sets of my back width giant set and up on the seated rows and bent over rows super set by 10 lbs on both exercises.

I weighed in at 242 up another 5 lbs for a total of 12 and still looking pretty lean so I know I have not increased fat still think I'm down a few lbs...

I am simply looking huge...

So up 12 lbs... I thought you told me you weren't looking for any mass just a nice recomp. LOL

I TOLD YOU HAHAHAHA!!!! We are just to well put together already for a fresh cycle to not pack mass on us. Even if we don't go nuts eating to gain. I know you are looking beastly. Get a picture in a tnak or something before your body can't hold onto all that glycogen so you have one at your biggest and fullest. Just a nice thing to have around for motivation....

Holy fug!! What a fuggin scrap I had last night with the iron and I fuggin kicked the crap out of it!!

On shoulders I did not go up in weight but my reps were done with perfect form and the contractions were intense, so intense that the points of my shoulders were aching so much from the pump I could not take a drink of water from my bottle, I did manage with my left hand. I am not exaggerating one bit, I had to wait 5 minutes until I could move again. They were still aching but I could not wait any longer. On to arms...

I was the same weight on incline cable extensions 140 drop 120 up 2.5 to 45's for incline alt db curls (the most I ever did off cycle was 40's) drop 35's stayed the same on xface extensions 35 drop 27.5 and same with prone db curl I was getting way more reps though on exercises I did not go up on as many as 12 on an intended 8. I went up to 30's on my drops for those exercises on the last set I couldn't believe it. Despite the excruciating pain I was still getting more reps!!

I mentioned I weighed in at 242 the other day, it seemed pretty lofty and I suspected that I must be holding some water so I weighed in last night to make sure... sure enough I was not 242...... I was 244.5!!!! Are you fuggin kidding me. 14.5 lbs this dry!! I look in the mirror this morning and I look just as lean or leaner and still contend I am down about a percentage in body fat!!

Now for some more news I may have to extend this another week cuz I am waiting for some bulbine for my pct. Should I crank it up to 75 mg ed for one week cuz I will be out of derma in a couple days.

Not surprised at all Doug, this compound works. I too had a similar shoulder experience..I had to constantly lean on something my shoulders were swole like pauldrons...

Yah the bottom line is results and that is where this is at it's best. I have used stuff in old days 1-test/4ad transdermal that added more strength and aggression but this adds mass better and the gains are dry...
 
You're really making me anxious for my January Epi cycle! Nice gains!

Thanks, not done yet I have one more week. I will be changing up this week to a more heavy style of lifting. Will have to go a bit easy on legs at first though.
 
Changed my routine did ok but I have a cold so that factored in and I am pretty beat up.

Incline bench 5/5/5/8/12 worked up to 225 which is not that bad. It's my shoulder that won't let me go higher I had plenty of extra power.

Could not do squats as my shoulder was hurting too bad. I was piissed but whata you gonna do, my knees are too bad for front squats so I had to do leg press. I did 630 for 4 sets of 5 went extremely deep and slow.

The highlight of the night was tbar rows... I worked up to 250 X 5 I did 5 sets of 5 went 225 235 245 250 235

Standing bb shoulder press went ok 155 165 175 175 155 for 8

Not a bad first workout considering I felt like crap... by the time I it PCT I will be in full swing and the cold will be gone. This is the first cold I have had in over 5 years .. the streak is over.
 
Take plenty of Vitamin C (4 grams per day) and Zinc (100 mgs. nightly) for that cold DW. Works for me. :yup:

Yes I have heard of many people getting sick in the middle or towards the end of these cycles.

I hear ya on the cold front! Just finished dealing with mine yesterday. Lots of rest and Nyquil did the trick!

when i get sick i literaaly force calories down my neck in any shape or form i can that is providing they are not coming straight up, i just got sick from the water in Mexico and it wasnt much fun at all :(

I have this big power V going on now, it's been a real metamorphosis. My shoulders and lats have gotten so much broader and everything else has grown in proportion... Going to weigh in again tomorrow night looks like I even gotten bigger.

Boys are still a fair size but I am no doubt somewhat shutdown. PCT starts Friday...
