I have absolutely no worries about you bouncing back quickly with that PCT you have laid out. Just don't skip the SERM no matter what you "feel" like or what others may tell you. The SERM will make a big difference. :yup:

Got to agree I ran the Nolva at 20/20/10/10 along with the Post Cycle Support in my Havoc cycle and the pct went really well.
I cannot wait to see how quickly PhytoSerms 347 gets you back to par.

Chest Giant set
Flat db press 95's X 8 drop 75's X 8 ss
Incline fly's 60's X 8 drop 50's X 8 ss
Decline press 75's X 8 drop 60's X 8
Ok the first set was not a big surprise but the second I only missed on rep on the first set getting the 95's X 7 hek I only got 6 on the first set last week and you are seriously depleted on this routine after the first. I could have gotten 100's today ... oh well. I had to drop the weight a bit for the third.
Back I went up 15 lb on all exercises for the first 2 sets of my back width giant set and up on the seated rows and bent over rows super set by 10 lbs on both exercises.
I weighed in at 242 up another 5 lbs for a total of 12 and still looking pretty lean so I know I have not increased fat still think I'm down a few lbs...
I am simply looking huge...

I TOLD YOU HAHAHAHA!!!! We are just to well put together already for a fresh cycle to not pack mass on us. Even if we don't go nuts eating to gain. I know you are looking beastly. Get a picture in a tnak or something before your body can't hold onto all that glycogen so you have one at your biggest and fullest. Just a nice thing to have around for motivation....
I mentioned I weighed in at 242 the other day, it seemed pretty lofty and I suspected that I must be holding some water so I weighed in last night to make sure... sure enough I was not 242...... I was 244.5!!!! Are you fuggin kidding me. 14.5 lbs this dry!! I look in the mirror this morning and I look just as lean or leaner and still contend I am down about a percentage in body fat!!
Now for some more news I may have to extend this another week cuz I am waiting for some bulbine for my pct. Should I crank it up to 75 mg ed for one week cuz I will be out of derma in a couple days.

A simple 12 week cycle of Test-Enanthate @500 mgs. per week with a good ol' D-Bol kickstarter for the first 6 weeks @50 mgs. per day and you will be forever convinced!! :veryhappy:

Not surprised at all Doug, this compound works. I too had a similar shoulder experience..I had to constantly lean on something my shoulders were swole like pauldrons...
But well worth it!

Beta Glucans are also GREAT immune system enhancers.
I hear ya on the cold front! Just finished dealing with mine yesterday. Lots of rest and Nyquil did the trick!

Thanks for the concerns, I am pretty much better now. Took Cold-fx and lots of vitamin C and yah Nyquil to knock me out cold. Funny my knees seem a bit better too.

when i get sick i literaaly force calories down my neck in any shape or form i can that is providing they are not coming straight up, i just got sick from the water in Mexico and it wasnt much fun at all
