How's your strength going since starting FD2 while loosing weight?

I don't lift heavy anymore, my joints just can't take it, but I do not feel as tho I have lost any strength at all. I believe this
Follidrone 2.0 is the real deal !!

Got off work at 1pm, Headed to Planet Fitness for some afternoon Cardio 30 minutes on the Elliptical and Some Ab work, they have my favorite ab machine of all time, I should just buy one.

The wife and I went out to diner with our oldest Daughter and her Husband (great guy) I had a Salad, Crab Cake and Filet, Mash Potatoes and some Asparagus. I guess this would be a cheat meal, but over all pretty healthy.

I have noticed a little more joint pain the last week or 2 so I am going to back off the AI this week and see if that helps. Over all I am very happy with the Follidrone 2.0 4 weeks in Down 7lbs and I have Lost No Muscle or Strength . I am going to continue this log (I have bought 3 more bottles) for a few more weeks or until nobody reads it any more. I would encourage anybody who has been thinking about giving this a try to do so, brundel has come up with a winning formula here!!:hail:

It's Sunday and raining, did not do much all day, ate, took a nap, so I thought I would at least get some Cardio in while I watched the NHRA Race. 1 hour on the treadmill in the afternoon, than a trip to the Hot Tub and a whole lot more of doing nothing!!

How long is required for fast, i am currently running IF 16/8 or even 18/6 some days, longest fast i have done is 60 hours, only used BCAA's intra workout e.g. one to two servings of Xtend.

That's fine, usually an 8 hour is required for blood testing

Most of the time, when i have my test levels checked they tell me 12 hours of fasting.

When i had cholesterol checked i believe it was 14 hours

Longest fast I've ever done was a 10 day fast drinking water with fresh lemon and real maple syrup to keep blood sugar up.

Also did a 72 hour fast before doing the same thing...

When i did the 10 day fast, it was years ago during a period when i was not working out regularly.

When I did the 3 fast, it was over a Friday, Saturday & Sunday. I worked out on Friday, but not the weekend.

I believe on the 10 day fast I lost about 10lbs. Probably would have been a lot more if
I was working out regularly at that time.

For the 3 day, it was only a few pounds.
 
I get Hypoglycemic episodes if I go more than a few hours with out eating...been that way my whole life.

This is the first time in years (5-10) I have done Front Squats, but after reading about folks doing them and The Solution posting some helpful video's (Thank you) I thought I would give them ago. I am not one to elevate my heels when squatting but I found a 10lbs plate very helpful on these. I started very light and worked my way up, after 50 reps I was done.....but I will be back for more next Quad Day.

I was thinking of adding it in next cycle - just picked up a few with the weekend sale - no better convincer than a good night's sleep!
 
The increase in GH from Prolactrone is substantial and more than enough to warrant its inclusion in a natty cycle.
Plus the sleep and recovery from it is amazing.

I can not say I feel any different, But I am leaner and more vascular, even with the weight gain over the last week !! On my second bottle and I still have 2 bottles left we will keep this going awhile !!
