Me to even after having 2-3k calories in one go, I never seem to get full from eating and have not had major hunger pangs since using Invictus for the past 2-3 weeks.I think I'm always hungry !!
Also I tend to just drink 1 liter of water when hungry and it seems to do the trick, carbonated diet soda or water also works well to bloat stomach when calories are kept low.I think I'm always hungry !!

Still trying to get the hang of these front squats, having a little problem finding the right grip, but I think I have it now .... as long as I remember it next time I do them.

Truth is, since this run of FD2 I've been handling the dedz much better - imagine: losing weight and getting stronger!

I always mention them when I go just to stir things up. I joined about 5 years ago they are about a quarter mile from my work and it's easy to stop in for some evening cardio after work. Oh, I'm to old to be intimidating !!Really?! And NOBODY complained that you were too intimidating?!![]()
I keep pretty close tabs on my BP as it can spike quickly, No Problems at all while running this !!Anybody had a spike in blood pressure with Follidrone?
