Me to even after having 2-3k calories in one go, I never seem to get full from eating and have not had major hunger pangs since using Invictus for the past 2-3 weeks.

DMAA works well to kill my appetite,

and so does Ignit3 which I will be running for 1-2 months straight when order from OL turns up, really want to get the new BLR Pre workout and Incinderine 2.0

I have had a hard time finding anything that will kill my appetite, if I drink anything without food the hunger gets worst. ???

You can also add psyllium husk fiber a couple times a day. It is also filling, because it swells up
when added to water and lis ow in calories. Not to mention it will help keep you regular when
eating a high protein diet.

I realized today (a day late) last time I did these I elevated my heels with a 10lbs plate and that was my problem, I can no longer do Hack Squats or Lunges due to knee problems. Getting old stinks, it sure beat the alternative !!

No work-outs Sat. and Sun. took these two days off work and went to my oldest daughters house and watched the two grand kids while they went to Nashville for the CMA ?? Some Music thing. Did not keep track of diet, but did lay around there pool, and I did notice some cuts and vascularity, I have not seen in a while, even on a loose diet this Follidrone 2.0 is showing some amazing results!!

I have done this for 2 weeks before going back to 3 per day. Initially it felt really good, I needed to up the carbs to keep my blood sugar stable. The effect in the mirror was amazing, can you say roadmap!

My diet has been on track this week and my weight is betting back down to where I want it, the goal is 180lbs and it looks like it is in reach, I honestly believe that at 180lbs I will be in the best shape of my life. I always mention them when I go just to stir things up. I joined about 5 years ago they are about a quarter mile from my work and it's easy to stop in for some evening cardio after work. Oh, I'm to old to be intimidating !!

Anybody had a spike in blood pressure with Follidrone?
I keep pretty close tabs on my BP as it can spike quickly, No Problems at all while running this !!

My rear delt's are definitely the weak part of my shoulder grid. I went years (20 or more) with doing very little or no direct work for them, just in the last few years have I add a few sets for them on shoulder day and they have come up some. I was reading an article in Muscular Development the other day on Roelly Winklar and his shoulder workout and decided to make the Rear Delt's a priority and added a few new movements and made bringing them up a goal!!

4 am Drink my Pre-Workout take My Follidrone 2.0 wait 1/2 an hour Go to gym (in the basement) begin workout. Training last about (1) hour

Today - Fasted Cardio

Treadmill 45 Minutes and Did Some Planks for the Core

Today - Sunday a day off of training

How ever I did di about 4 hours of yard work which included swing an axe for about an hour cutting tree roots out of the ground ..... now that was a Workout!!
