My goal on this run was to loose weight, but that really did not happen, My weight is about the same but I am harder and more vascular, so I lost fat and gained muscle, I am very happy with this and it will continue to be a daily supplement for me !! Gains at 58 years old are hard to come by !!

I tried to do a 12 week blog once, I think it's way too long. I know I was tired after eight weeks doing it. And people also start to lose interest to. 4 to 8 weeks is probably best for most logs

I will say this I know not all supplements work the same for everyone but everyone should at least try Black Lion Research Follidrone 2.0

I've been following this log since I joined AM in April. I'll miss it when it's down!!! I got into lifting at 34 yrs of age and used to think I started too late. I'm with Joe12.. Seeing ya kick ass at 58 is inspiring and makes me have no excuses. Great log brother!!!

I did not get my work out in today, but I did get my supplements !!

Spend from 8pm yesterday till 3am this morning with my Father In Law at the ER he 87 has a bad heart and he was having chest pains. He was not having a heart attack but the are keeping him a few day to try and get rid of a lot of fluid he is retaining. So as I type this I worked my 10 hour shift at work and am running on about 2.5 hours of sleep ....... Good Night Everyone!!!
