Brundel I've read a few posters are having problems with Rosslea, acne etc flaring up with the niacin. Would this also be the case for seborrhoeic dermatitis? I have small patches on forehead and either side of my nose that no medication to date has resolved.
I'm that guy, I have Rosacea with seborrheic dermatitis as well, for the most part if I apply metrogel twice per day then I'm ok, I use a sulfur wash for the dermatitis that works pretty well
Metrogel did nothing for me only made it worse but maybe gets worse before it gets better. Think I'll see how it goes when I start taking the FD2
If the effects are as good as I'm hearing then il go right ahead taking the FD2.

Fat is low for today, I dropped calories to 1450-1600, for the past 3 weeks and went up to 2500 for Sunday's as re feeds, i find FD2.0 to be great at maintaining energy and strength on hardly any fuel.

I was hungry all day, but I thought I needed a very low calorie day to get back on track, I did have plenty of energy all day and I do believe the Follidrone 2.0 is a big help !!
I don't know how you do it rocket... i would be starving on 1750 calories per day.
Im eating around 2000 to 2200 and I'm always hungry
Awesome. I hope you get down to 180. I'm currently sitting at 185 and want to get down to 180 as well for the summer. I'm already pretty lean so it will be hard for me to drop down to 185.

Really interested in this log, sorry I'm so late to join. So how you take Folli and your preworkout about 30 minutes before your fasted workout? I've got some High Volume, wondering if I could take that with Folli fasted in the mornings.
