Building Rocket 2.0 with Follidrone 2.0

Brundel I've read a few posters are having problems with Rosslea, acne etc flaring up with the niacin. Would this also be the case for seborrhoeic dermatitis? I have small patches on forehead and either side of my nose that no medication to date has resolved.

I'm that guy, I have Rosacea with seborrheic dermatitis as well, for the most part if I apply metrogel twice per day then I'm ok, I use a sulfur wash for the dermatitis that works pretty well

Metrogel did nothing for me only made it worse but maybe gets worse before it gets better. Think I'll see how it goes when I start taking the FD2

I thought about stopping follidrone but the effects are too damn good. I'm dialing the topical and sulfur wash so for the last 2 days my skin looks normal.

I dont think its the niacin causing this.
We are lowering the offending compound as its just for absorption enhancement. So the next batch that ships should not cause these issues.
Meaning literally in 2 days when we ship more it will be adjusted.

I also cant say if this will effect you this way or not.
 
I know 2 guys who were getting dry and upped their fish oil a bunch and it subsided.
 
No problems on my end................JUST GAINZZZZ !!!!!!!!!

I'm HUNGARY !!

Fat is low for today, I dropped calories to 1450-1600, for the past 3 weeks and went up to 2500 for Sunday's as re feeds, i find FD2.0 to be great at maintaining energy and strength on hardly any fuel.

Good progress with log, keep it up. :biggthumpup:

I was hungry all day, but I thought I needed a very low calorie day to get back on track, I did have plenty of energy all day and I do believe the Follidrone 2.0 is a big help !!

Great workout today pump was ridicules and I just felt good all day. Had some weird dreams last but slept like a rock......Great Day!!

I have been trying to get down to 180lbs since after the holidays (Jan. 1) and this is the first time I have been under 190lbs in a year the Follidrone2.0 has helped to make it possible. I am hungry a good bit of the time, but I am trying my best to suck it up and hit my goal.
 
Awesome. I hope you get down to 180. I'm currently sitting at 185 and want to get down to 180 as well for the summer. I'm already pretty lean so it will be hard for me to drop down to 185.

I've never been "Lean" about 30 years ago I lost 85lbs and was 150, today I am leaner at 186 than I was than.

I feel great strong no lack of energy or strength . Weight loss is all fat I believe, muscle look and feel full, abs and veins showing much better very happy with the product. Hunger is the only problem.

I stalled for about a week, but it is headed down again !

I have none, I just figure my body is taking a break and rebooting ??? I am down 6lbs in 25 day and I believe it is ALL fat. Very Happy !!

Weight loss is usually a cals in and cals out thing just like bulking. Macros play a part as well.
For example you will likely retain more if you ate all carbs compared to all protein.

If you have stalled drop cals by 250 or so and things should get moving again. If your in extreme caloric deficit your body may need a break.
