Planet Fitness for some afternoon Cardio 30 minutes on the Elliptical and Some Ab work, they have my favorite ab machine of all time, I should just buy one.

The wife and I went out to diner with our oldest Daughter and her Husband (great guy) I had a Salad, Crab Cake and Filet, Mash Potatoes and some Asparagus. I guess this would be a cheat meal, but over all pretty healthy.
I have noticed a little more joint pain the last week or 2 so I am going to back off the AI this week and see if that helps. Over all I am very happy with the

I have Lost No Muscle or Strength . I am going to continue this log (I have bought 3 more bottles) for a few more weeks or until nobody reads it any more. I would encourage anybody who has been thinking about giving this a try to do so,
