They taste like a birthday cake rice crispy treat with a chocolate layer at the bottom . Totally different than the traditional protein bar. I personally love them.
Yeah, I prefer the whey crisps in bars over the soft nougat type of protein bar. Not only to they taste better to me but the added crunchiness pleases me with texture as well.

Thanks fellas...been half assin it the last 8 weeks with nutrition, training maybe once or twice a week. Credit it to the daily manual labor and staying under control with the food. Went cliche and chose today...the 1st of the month to get my **** together.

Straight up morning from HELL!!! Woke up 3am...scratched eyeball fukkn with contact ts....feels like someone is holding a lighter in my eye....wearing glasses today...cant see sh1t

4am....power goes out...bad storms.....no shower....was able to brush teeth with bottled water....workout fukkd

445am walk outside in torrential downpour.....truck wont start...nothing....zero....just got it out of the shop this past monday 1100$

5am....walk out of coffee shop...get in car....spill scalding got coffee all over my arm and interior of car....

What's next??? Did I mention my fukkn eye?

Yes sir...24 hours no contact lenses and ofoloxin drops. Woke up this morning good to go. Getting lawns down now, shark tooth island ETA....10AM....back on the river...


Truck is fixed too....pig tail was loose on alternator and cleaned battery post.....back n bidness
