Same here. They are good way to end a workout feeling pumped. If i do them in the middle of the workout i'm too pumped to move on;)

No training this morning. I have cut 10 yards in the last 2 days by myself after getting off from my dayjob. Thinking back I have worked 25 days straight. Ive gotten 3 workouts this week also. Last 2 days have been around 19 hours from alarm clock to pillow.

Don't get paid for that one. Forecast shows 3" of rain tomorrow so I will soak that up as a break from lawncare. Still will have day job rolling. Wife and I have the house to ourselves for a week, 3 kids went down to condo in Myrtle Beach with pop pop.

It's funny because we are both like "what are we gonna do?" Weather is supposed to be **** ty so we can't hit ocean city, can't take the boat out, so I think I talked her into mulching with me in saturday and hit the casino for Easter

Ever since lawncare has started I have been taking a serving of fuel baja blast which is absolutely amazing. Perfect set of energy for a good push in the evenings.
Now off to the BANG, last night I used it. Double the amount of caffeine. Another solid product for what I need, a nice pick me up for a 3 or 4 hour labor session. Did notice a lil anxious while trying to go to sleep. All good.Invalid Link Removed
 
Fuel is 250mg Caffeine (LE Flavors are 250, regular are 200) ...Bang is 300. Not double the amount only 50mg more. Bangster is a tasty flavor though......

Jealous of Myrtle Beach (never been there myself).

Right now I'm 5 days a week 45 hours on day job and 7 days a week until the sun goes down. Chasing that paper 💰...
I've noticed it is becoming a challenge getting out of bed at 3am to train, just feel completely exhausted ar times.
No training this morning, I hope to get 3 more training sessions in by sunday. Mentally if I get 4 sessions a week I'm good.
