I actually use my belt quite often as i find it helps keep my stomach tight and it helps prevent the dreaded "COLEMAN ABS" when your stomach is pushing hard to stay tight. But that's just my opinion...So it really doesn't mean much when there's no science behind it.
I've been meaning to ask you if you were doing uni-lateral exercises for the good leg.
Some heavy single-legged leg presses are spectacular. Even if you're not injured. It's a good way to mix up things up.
But this way you can keep your good leg's strength up to maximum levels while re-habbing the repaired knee. Go heavy with the good leg and light with the bad one until it catches up.

I like what Melvin Anthony had to say about the protuding stomachs on some pros. He said his waist is still so small (28 inches) because he does what women do. And that is intentionally sucking in his gut all day long. It keeps the abs tight and flexed. You can't just let you gut hang out and unflexed. It will droop and sag. LOL
I truly believe this practice helps.
But the GH is what is doing the turtle shell stomachs on these guys. It doesn't just make your muscles grow, but your internal organs as well as MrKleen alluded to. .
I'm not sure this is a healthy thing either.
I intend to never use GH myself. Just the Test.

Military Press - ok doing these SUCKS without a spotter. The bench we have here has the rack where the BB sites so far back that taking it off aggravates my old shoulder injury

I had a come to myself moment there when I saw myself limping a a bit while carrying weights. NEVER again. I don't care how much it hurts. Never show weakness. Never give ANYONE a reason to pity. It has been 16 days since the surgery. Time for AG to man up!!!

again felt like a slug!!! Moved slow and just powered through the workout the best I could... Felt like my pores were trying to push out all the crud in the body... Man I need to eat better over the weekends!!! These bloating carb hangovers are killing me!!!
Yeah I did the same thing this weekend and I am not proud of it. My workout will be a doozy later I am sure... Regardless Major, you still pushed and hammered out a solid workout. That is what I got out of your post.

Back and legs. Time to see if the leg is ready for bodyweight squats. If so... muahahahahahahaha Squats and Deads... I will OWN you!!!!
