After today, my cycle will be half way over. I was freaking exhausted today, and just didn't feel like working out. I forced myself to go, but I just really didn't have it in me. Soooo tired. I took 4 RPM's & 5 cissus caps pre-workout, and pushed myself - but my strength just wasn't there. I didn't wanna give up, so I switched things up a little, and pushed harder than I thought I could anyways.
Done. Pooped. Time to go home and eat. Last one to leave the gym. Again. After my first two exercises I was ready to throw in the towel, so I went with the 'burn mother ****er, burn' method of torture instead -- trisets. Unnecessary trisets. ****ing brutal. I'm sure I was making all kinds of faces. LOL.
