Nice SC, I think I am ready to go into leaning mode. I may want to see about a show in late spring early summer next year since the shoulder is feeling a little better so need to start getting in shape.
 
yeah ill be damned if i miss out on a leg day on tren. hell no. just wont happen. id be nuts lol... especially since im only hitting each body part (besides calfs and abs) once per week i gotta do it big on those days.

had a SICK carbloading phase this weekend, didnt bloat up thanks to ghrp 6 and need2slin, its back to the grind tomorrow. also adding in helios tomorrow- should be a sweaty good time at the gym tomorrow night

ok boys....

today started off great. 7 whole eggs.. 1 adderllin (uh oh! lol) 1 b6, 2g dopa mucuna all washed down with a tall glass of almond breeze

i made so much meatloaf on thursday that I was able to freeze a whole loaf and its thawed now.. gonna heat some of that up throughout the day. Macros on it are perfect pretty much 25g protein and 10g fat.. right where they need to be

Funny I tipped the scale up about 5 lbs this weekend- all pissed out this morning hahahahahahahahaha.... On carb load days I drink hella water because I find that shocking the body with that amount of carbs really dehydrates you. so one becomes bloated. the more water i drank the more it filled me up, but then once i had to piss I felt less bloated from the carbs. So yeah I went up all the way to 248 on sunday morning and back down to 243 today. and im still full of glycogen so ill lose another couple pounds exclusively during squats, deadlifts and my chest presses.. so yeah.. happy with how this weekend went. very satisfying 48 hour load phase. lol

oh and i must have smashed about 10 times saturday and sunday... text book porno sh1t with my girl, we went out to dinner, got our minds right and i had to remind her what a bad man this test makes me :evil: . did the kind of things you do with your girl on the side when you're unhappily married HAHA.. I love my chick haha
 
im really excited about the helios... thats gonna be fun, im gonna be walkin outside in 45 degree weather in shorts and a t shirt takin my dog out hahahahaha.... lol FU*K IT HOLMES!!!

Also should have some albuterol here in about 5 days, gonna make the cardio less sh1tty!

Yeah leg day on helios is a sweaty mess lol. I dosed my helios right before the gym at about 6 hahaha... and i only had the shakes for a few minutes but when i started sweating it was like a broken faucet haha. doesnt affect endurance or strength from what I can tell.

And ish just keeps getting better i think my albuterol is coming in today.

My girl worked out with me too. She hit 175 for 3 on squats. She's just now getting into them. But started her drop sets on 5 plates each side on the leg press.

My buddy said that my work outs blow anything he's ever done out of the water, and I got to talking about all my homies on here (not really any specifics) but said that if there was a gym for AM members there would be some serious poundage flying around. It's always good to be able to go to another log and pick up some motivation.

Pluss Im bridging into a cutting cycle round end of Feb, by then you guys will be all ripped up already, people dont bother reading my log. Im gona bridge it by pulsing with dbol and PCT and a good carb cycle in Jan, then Ill rip it up with an epi-strong, test-e and tren-e stack with a little bit of helios ;). ha

Oh, how long do you gys suggest I do PCT with a bridge into another injectable cycle?

Usually Im hungry every 2/3 hours during the day, lately my appetite has been so low Ive been making myslef sick shaking like a leaf eating, that doesnt make sense to me on 600mg test and 500mg Deca per week. :wtf:

I went home and showered for a long ass time, trying to massage my quad. Put some ice on it, then later when in bed I put some moist heat on it. It feels a tiny bit better today than it did last night but it still hurts. My delts were so sore and my other quad was still sore I asked my girl to hit my delt. I said I felt so beat up I couldnt bring myself to pin to just swab the spot, pin and aspirate (she's seen me pin about 20 times now lol)... So like a down ass chick she pinned me and helped me up and ****.. I hate injuries, even minor ones because they put a damper on your day. I mean I work at a job where I sit down, stand up, sit down, stand up like 20 times a day at least. So there's not much relaxing for my leg unless I can get a day off but I also dont wanna be at the house all damn day lol.

Man I bet you have a trigger point knot on your quad. A good deep tissue massage in the area would help. If you have a foam roller that would do the trick. I really need to get off my arse and order myself one. Ya got any Skelly Balm to put on it? I bet you can find a list of specific trigger points in the quad to locate the one closest to your pain and then you just push down on it until the knot releases or 30 seconds at a time.

The red dot in the Vastus Lateralis is probably the trigger point you would need to work on. For a cheap and immediate way to get at this put a tennis ball on the floor lay on your stomach and put the ball under your quad a little higher than where the pain is then put your elbows down and pick your torso up off the ground. Let the full weight of your body rest on your elbows and on the tennis ball. Use your elbows to slide forward slowly until you feel the ball digging at the sore spot. Stay there for 30 seconds. It will be very painful... Roll through a little more and hold in that spot. Get back on the same spot and then while putting the weight on the ball again do about 10 slow leg curls forcing the quad to stretch and move under that weight breaks up the knot even further.

By the way, Power lifters use MF techniques all the time but for some reason the practice has not gone mainstream with body builders yet.
 
Man I bet you have a trigger point knot on your quad. A good deep tissue massage in the area would help. If you have a foam roller that would do the trick.

Id rep you but it says I have to spread it. Thanks kleen. The spot it hurts is higher up, but could that lower point still be the trigger point? its not overly swollen but it looks different from my other quad cuz it IS a bit swolen
 
It could easily be the trigger points they can cause pain in other areas of the leg. However a good foam roller will hit the entire vastus lateralus if you use one. Heck if you want to be cheap start with a pool noodle, it isn't really as hard as a foam roller but will give you a place to start.

Maybe at academy... I would think you would have good luck at a pool supplie store or maybe even a home depot finding some hard foam. Let me look and see if I can find anything good. If not the Tennis ball thing will work. YOu can also use duck tape and tape two tennis balls side by side and make a make shift foam roller a little easier to balance on. Let me come up with a few more ideas and I will put them up.

Here is a good youtube vid on how to make a foam roller and shouldn't be too expensive considering they are about 20 bucks anyway. Then there is no wait.


I was thinking something similiar with Pipe insulation and duct tape so this video makes the most sense to me if you don't want to wait to order one.
 
Update... Had to skip the gym last night. No way im hitting deads with my leg still tight like it is. so i figure i rest up today and hit it hard tomorrow. i ended up going home a couple hours early and just laid my ass in bed lol... i have an adjustable base so i was able to prop my **** up and just watch movies lol....Its not nearly as bad today but still hurts to put weight on it or bend it quickly.. Massaged it with some household items, didnt have a way to go get the foam roller supplies last night, but probably going to get them today.

Well it sounds like it is getting better. Probably good you didn't get it with the roller yesterday if it was that inflamed. You would have turned into an instant BEEYOTCH! I have to remind you guys that this stuff if breaking up binded and scarred tissue in the muscle fascia. Even when you are not injured it does not feel good. So when it is a rough injury it will bring tears to your eyes. My first time was with a tennis ball on my lower head of the vastus lateralus. It took a time or two to even allow myself to put my weight on the ball with how much it hurt. Much less keep it there and roll around on it. However I stuck through it and the knot was noticeably better and it had been hurting for 6 weeks and pain was completely gone in about 2 weeks after I started. I feel it getting tight there again so I am going to make a roller myself and put it to use.
