Weight: 177 (+12)
Dosed 450mg Katana
Dosed 20 pumps Formastanozol (10pumpsx2)
Had a good burn day, and by the afternoon I was looking great after all the drying out and depletion of no carbs. I did take some pics in the later part of the afternoon, and I was very pleased with them, though I am going to take some more on Thursday (my next burn day) after carbing up BIG today to see if I can get even fuller without the bloat. It's a bit of an experiment, but whichever ones are better I will throw them up sometime in the next few days. I could tell from my pics last night that I have progressed a lot since my last pics. Everything looks tighter, I look more vascular, the cuts are deeper, and more striations, etc....so I am pretty excited to share them soon
Cardio was
35 minutes of treadmill running 7.5 MPH for 410 cals
15 minutes Elliptical for 215 cals
50 minute session for a 625 cal burn
