OH YEAH I'm ready to get some new p'rs in and im going to use this with a whole bunch of other things along the way. Shoot i might buy some more and extend this log way more than a normal pre wo review just to follow my growth, u know.

Im not going to start posting workouts untill I get my N2KTS, so... I guess Im'a just keep chatting and posting a bunch of motivational things so I can check in on my log before a work out and get pumped up.

Hope so brah, btw I was reading in your thread on N2KTS, that you recomend only using it on big days, when you need the energy that way your tub last longer and the energy stays strong

I was like two weeks into last jack3d container and I would just run off the bloated feeling I got and was jacked up to like 3 scoops pre w/o
that was at everyday dosing because I would do cardio on my off days

Would you recomend maybe 3-4x a week
to keep my tolerance at bay ?

Today, hopefully I will get my N2KTS, even if I dont Im going to do the first work out of my log, Chest, Calves, Abs
 
I guess my N2KTS didnt come in today. I am in dalzell SC and will be heading home back to sumter around 4 ( like a 20 minute drive ), Im gonna hit the weights hard today, still wondering if I should log in this workout, since I want be under the influence of N2, what you guys think ?

Oh yeah ima hit it up fa sho' lol but I was wondering if I should throw the numbers up here, screw it ima go ahead, Well for my supp list as of right now,... nothing special... but for the beginning of this log and probably another 30 - 45 days will be

multi vitamin
extra strength fish oil
bulk bcaa
vegan friendly wheat protein isolate ( for shakes through out the day after post )
whey protein isolate ( morning shake )
Onslaught ( post work out protein )
Unflavored Creatine Mono
Glucosamine Pills
C & E + Flax
( might run a a thermo not sure )

and N2KTS for pre w/o

No stacking involved just staples
