I envy the fact that you have access to dumbells that go that heavy. The ones at my current gym stop at 100, which limits a lot of what I can do unfortunately.

oh i use golds gym db's and just add the weight my self, i usually set up 3 ahead of time for the WO then when im ready to try maxing out I add more weight to the highest one, it gets irratating cleaning a adding between sets
 
did some strength/ power work about 3 hours after WO
threw around the concrete blocks and set markers,
concrete poured around metal bar about 100 lb bb homemade through it around a while
another concrete slab about 250 jogged with it pressed to chest in resembelance to the african stone

No I was at my girls brothers and I stacked the weight on an ol skool golds gym db from an olympic set
Btw I don't go to a gym, might start going in a few weeks but right now I am between jobs
 
mine have 200 lb :D

handles are f*cking huge tho :sad2:

I wanna get 200 lbs atleast for two each arm on the one handed db row
I'm going to attempt it hopefully I get it before this log ends
But that's about 40 lbs extra to that excersize I need to get some serious growth on

Good luck man, im interested in the stack combo and your results. Im pretty sure though that you'll be happy with Usp labs supplements.

I think My rows are alot less weight because im going through a large range of motion. I was watching this dude do them at the gym today, and he wasnt coming up very far. Ive been coming up to where my hand is pretty much touching the side of my ribs, as oppose to where my arm is even with my side.

This is how i do them i get full extension on the downward move pretty much let it hang and stretch then pull it up all the way to where the dumbell hits side of my chest. Much harder this way IMO and i feel it more than the shorter motions.
 
Yeah exactly. I also started about a foot out in front in the start position(overhand) and when I pull turn my wrist on the finish(underhand). FEEL THAT SHIZ!!!!Roelly Winklaar does that, read that in his article. Good stuff.
 
I do mine with a shorter range of motion bc when I bring all the way back like that I feel it in a whole lot of other different areas then the one that I'm working and I don't like that all you really need to do is make the weight line up with your hip ( if your form is slanted ) trust me j nuts put like 100 or so and try it with shorter motion but when your in the down position kind of put a slight twist to your hip in the direction of the weighted arm and let it hanng for a second it pulls the hell out of your lats
And kanadia I have a lot of equiptment at my house dog, nothing fancy, a good bit of it was handed down to me from my dad

BIG UPDATE: the product pink magic promised vascularity and it is delivering son!! Now I'm not pimping the product and qoute me this is not a very big increase buttt but but but there is an increase for yesterday not being a wo day and I woke up this morning with thickened and more full vains, through out my fore arms, bicep, upper chest and lower abdominals
This is not a huge increase but slightly noticeable just by glancing
Anddd I'm having a hell of a time with face acne its actually pissing me off but it is a small sign of test increase so that eases my mind a little
 
And not sure if this is what PRIME is supposed to do but its what it did last run with it and its doing it to my body again!
My hunger has increased slightly, my bowel movements are more often and solid, have had the pre WO runs at all and I've been dosing jack3d generously
And when I eat I get bursts of energy not jittered but motivated
 
My PM is set up for PCT of MMv3 and M1D. Looking forward to it:D

I also do ruper ROM on rows. One hand and one knee on bench, one foot on ground, I let the DB hit my chest and the ground every rep
 
I feel I would rather have a HUGE ROM than less. For the fact being that there are tons of intertwined muscles that make up the back. I want EVERYTHING to get stronger on my back, not just my lats.
 
I work specific wo's for specific parts of a muscle group
I don't do a high rom on rows bc I don't want to go into hyper extension
I get all my really stretched out back pumps from pull ups and reverse weighted hyper extensions
There's is a high rate for injury once you start adding on higher amounts of weight

UPDATE: I've worked my diet out for a week, I cheated last night but I was in zombie mode! I woke up in the middle of the night guzzled down some milk and went back to sleep I didn't even remember till this mornin! But yes where I started at 120 carbs starving me I've worked my way up to about 130 - 135 starving feeling, that's any where inbetween 10 and 15 g difference hopefully 180 will be my starving point before I finish the stack! We'll see, I'm going to load carbs today up to 138 g tops and tomorrow ill rob my self down to 90g wednesday I will jack it up to160 and thursday ill rob my self again, same robbery on friday! I haven't planned the weekend yet!

Today must be a AL day, barely finished my oats this morning!
Just had some string beans sweet potato and roasted chicken breast, couldn't finish my plate!
Not liking this feeling bc I love being hungry and primes got me going back and forth with hunger bouts and appetite loss
Well gotta put in work to get results!
