This may be unrelated and more of a personal issue but for about the past 3 days ( same time I started loading these products ) I've been horney as fukkkkk, even my girl noticed it!

thanks for the support, and about the bicep thing, i really think i will not go 125 again not for a week or so anyway, bc my wrist area feels sore and its not a good like burning sore its a stiff pain, numbish.


DIET starts tomorrow, would have started today but my girl wanted to make her strawberry cake and when that day comes around its the law son! witch i really dont mind because my girl makes a meannnnn strawberry cake!

well lots of calisthenics this week coming.... i will not be home and the only equiptment i will have is a bench, ez bar, two dumbell bars and about 205 amount of weight, lots of cardio and stuff....
my ingenius game plan:::
try to get as many results as possible as soon as I can, so the diet will inforce itself into my lifestyle, im pretty sure the faster I see with my own eyes that is helping the faster my consience will accept it for what it truelly is
 
DIET UPDATE
- I have been overloading my body with carbs, fats, and proteins over the weekend while loading my stacked products, the idea of this may seem misunderstood to those who read the article on the " 180 " diet, so I will explain. Lately my system has not been so full, I have been focused on getting my 6 pack back and been eating lots of really clean foods at moderate sizes, so to me what I got from the article is the whole diets purpose is to shock the system by robbing it of carbs untill the weakness is paramount then reloading. So I have a unmeasured caloric intake right now, Bc I ate everything in sight over the weekend! Today I will do 30/120/160 measured by fat/carb/protein


I know your thinking this is called the "180" diet not the "120" diet! Yes you are correct but .... the idea is to not go above or below 180, well I need special maitence because I am not a 250 pound man with like 2 % body fat so factor that in and then we have this,
wich is my tweaked 180 for the first week or two, When I start to feel weak I will jack my carb intake up to 200, just for that day and bring back down to 140, my goal is to change my whole system cuz right now 180 carbs a day would not starve me = my goal is to make 180 carbs a day starve me, if I accomplish this then changes will definately be more than noticable, bottem line!

hell yeah, not sure what i am going to do today considering it would normally be my leg day and i dont have the right amount of weight to go through with my leg workout so im assuming i will end up jogging / running a mile or two then do low weight sqauts and some calve raises all while ending up back at some ab work ---- will update!!
 
10 sets of 10 on the squats man. Should kill your legs with the weight you have on hand. Throw in some lunges as well, wall sits, high rep calf raise's, or donkey calf raises if you got a belt and hooks or chain (like sets of 50 or more). I recently tried calves this way thanks to MrBigPR and was by far the sickest pump ive ever had.

That workout is sick..LOL. Walking lunges. Damn, I hate walking lunges with no weight. Shoulder fly's? Are they side laterals or...wait im confused.
 
i call them shoulder flys bc i really not sure who does them or if ppl think they are effective or what but i do them before i do any big shoulder lifts
reason bc i have lagging shoulders and want to avoid injury
i take two ten pound plates
one in each hand slightly bend at the elbow
and lift up but i stay up and pause kinda flexing my shoulders
it really gets blood flowing through my shoulders well bc i have small shoulders i do them before every big lift with shoulders so i can really feel where my shoulders are
i know thats some serious rambilin right thurr LOL
and it doesnt make much sense but it helps me so thumbs up

Good work out man, you "make do" very well.

yeah i usually work out at home, i got a bench strictly for fly's and other different free weight work outs, a smith machine with a dip attachment and other cable attachments, and a bench for pressing with leg attachments
i really put in work ar home
if i had a gym membership it would be on though
 
Hmm have you ever ran prime before. Just curious if you did if you could tell the difference of the two(Pink Magic and Prime)
 
You made do man. I bet the pump is nice since the volume was so high. If youve got a low cable attatchment try out some standing hamstring curls just something else to throw in your arsenal. I like to finish my legs off with a drop set to failure with those on leg day. You know you did work when you can barely pick your feet up to walk!

i have i ran 150 caps of prime in about 4 weeks doing 6 a day up to the lst week or so, made some good gains, got super hungry all the time while on it around the week 2 mark, and the appetite has stuck since being off prime so im waiting for the new effects for a second bottle, first go with the pink so i dont know what to expect, i have somewhat of an acne breakout on my face, could my test be increasing this fast ive only been on since last thursday ?

yess haha i wasnt home though so I didnt have any of my equiptment only my girls bros stuff, i do hamstring curls though every leg wo at my house. but good advice though, and yeahhhhhh when i first started doing calve raises i remember like the next day was fine but the day after that i didnt wanna stretch my legs out even laying down

Yeah Thats how I get. My skin gets oily and I get like pimples on my forehead.
 
i dont mind the forehead bc mine up there usually just spring up and gone, ive gotten them on my face like cheeks and some on my upper back, nothing horendous but its evident and visible
 
How many days in are you on Pink Magic? When I ran it the first time, it started becoming noticeable to me around Day 3/4. Near Day 11 or so is when it was ridiculously noticeable and in full swing for me.

Your leg workout just made me cringe lol. I used to do something similar, but now that I've switched over to Max-OT and going with about 10 working sets total per workout, I can't imagine going back :p

Keep busting it, man.
 
Yeah bro I'm waiting for the pink to settle in, but yeah my leg wo's are way different than that when I'm home, I've just been away since last thursday! Out of town. But I should be back home and in full form and function for another two weeks before I go to washington dc. First for me

man my **** was weak at first but then i googled some proper form for one handed db rows, and started killin it. but im telling you that pr is absolute max, plan on changing that soon though lol, need some stronger arms though, i feel the strength behind them but my arms cant support the come to, its sad actually, maybe i will have to bulk after this so i can start putting up some beast numbers
 
i wanna clean bulk, this lean bulk to me is more recomp the way i treat it, but a clean bulk i would be eating like 8 meals a day and working out less
