DIET UPDATE
- I have been overloading my body with carbs, fats, and proteins over the weekend while loading my stacked products, the idea of this may seem misunderstood to those who read the article on the " 180 " diet, so I will explain. Lately my system has not been so full, I have been focused on getting my 6 pack back and been eating lots of really clean foods at moderate sizes, so to me what I got from the article is the whole diets purpose is to shock the system by robbing it of carbs untill the weakness is paramount then reloading. So I have a unmeasured caloric intake right now, Bc I ate everything in sight over the weekend! Today I will do 30/120/160 measured by fat/carb/protein
I know your thinking this is called the "180" diet not the "120" diet! Yes you are correct but .... the idea is to not go above or below 180, well I need special maitence because I am not a 250 pound man with like 2 % body fat so factor that in and then we have this,
wich is my tweaked 180 for the first week or two, When I start to feel weak I will jack my carb intake up to 200, just for that day and bring back down to 140, my goal is to change my whole system cuz right now 180 carbs a day would not starve me = my goal is to make 180 carbs a day starve me, if I accomplish this then changes will definately be more than noticable, bottem line!
