The hype, the hype, and the hype. Where could I start, this product had given me more faith in usp labs for certain, but should I push the scale myself instead of letting the product weigh itself, no. So I will start my rant here with how much I didnt like, okay first to say, I did not go from 186 to 225 raw muscle in 4 weeks ( that speculation is dead - on to the next one ) I did not pop this pill and 4 weeks later I had a 6 pack, eating lays potato chips and poppa johns ( wake the *&** up ) I did not have my bench press fo from 260 to 325, ( okay so now that the unrealistic agenda is out of the way ) I want to speak on what I really didnt like, The product had more then 8 busted caps in the bottle. : ( but i didnt wine too much it really doesnt matter. The product did not give me any mental euphoria, there was know hightened state of abnormal strength, or euphoria again in that area.
Okay now that my sadness is done with lets shed some light on the positive side of this chingong product.
It was easy to down 2 to 3 pills in one swallow, wich to me is amazing. My vascularity had slight increases in the following areas = biceps, lower abdominals, upper chest, fore arms, legs. That is also amazing.
My strength per say did not go up any ( no prs here sorry ) but my ability to handel higher weights = more reps, and one thing that has changed in my training is just that.
I grip the bar stronger, I want more presses, and I want to beast out.
my Signs of Test increase naturally = Face acne, back acne, agressive ( slightly ), emotional easily - nope,muscles becoming very dry, bottle is over though. USP send me another lol jk jk

Okay, I have ran a bottle of prime before and loved, same here. Not much to say about it bc it is quite the product, but it still gives no euphoria, it makes me eat like a horse, while at the same time I have very responsive bowel movements when on prime and The food I ingest gives me quite the burst of energy. Gotta Eat with this ( recomend 3,000 to 5,000 calorie a day diet or you more than likely will not be satisfied )

Did I Hit Gold? Yeah I think so, and I also recomend people to consider this a staple in there work outs, honestly it is quite the amazing product, euphoria - no, effect - yes
Injury Healing Properties 5/5 ( I had a shoulder issue with my left shoulder while messing with heavy weights that always made me causious about injury, while on super cissus rx I felt no hessitance, shoulder injury from long ago didnt bother me at all thats why it gets the perfect score here )
Muscle Cramping Help 4/5 ( virtually none while on )
Strength Of joints while on 5/5 ( no bad form, it felt like i was on top of every work out)Natural/ Herbal Product Rating : 10/10 ( go get it )

Im still following curious how that muscle transition has been working for you? Any visual, scale weight, body measurement, PR differences from the start of this log up till now?

Ok, first I wanna apologize to anyone who is following this or my other log, my little sister has been in the hospital for about a week, been real busy, don't have a lot of time right now either, just thought I'd check in, thanks for ant patience, and if you read this and you a religous person, please add her in your prayers and thanks you !
 
Okay. Im just getting back on my good foot, will have before and afters and review up hopefully by next week. The afters is all im waiting on for you guys
 
okay, so i pretty much failed at my goals.
not fully though.
just slightly, no lean bulk, it made a long slow transition to a recomp where i ended up loosing around 8 lbs all together and gained hardly no strength off of this. In my legs maybe.
It was a fun run but this has been long over due.
So to help kill this dieng log i'm going to finally post before and afters

im not very happy with the turn out.
besides the lighting lol theres not much difference.
as you can tell i am
1 still holding weight in my mid section
2 still needing my chest to be more tightened
3 increase my traps size
4 increase my arms size
5 cutting them damb abs up again

the one thing that kept me eating more than i think i should of been was my fear of loosing the strength i worked so hard to get, i mean this clean eating with few cheat meals sucked enough as it was but i also lost about 15 lbs on my bench and about 20 lbs on my sqaut.

and in the end
I feel better.
I feel thicker and tighter.
It just doesnt seem to show !?! WTF
I honestly am carrying my weight differently and i dont understand why my composition hasnt changed that much or my appearance!?
As far as the diet the most noticable area's would be ::
Calves - more cut
Face - cheeks - slimmed
Waist - lost some of the sticky weight there
traps - increased a little in size
As far as everything goes, i am not satisfied with that diet and either i didnt carb up enough when i was supposed to and failed or either my body needs tweeking for its proper nutrition, ive made better gains dirty bulking honestly
and now with all that being said
im hungry
im about to go feel up a tall glass of milk and eat a million cookies and debbie cakes
 
Pictures don't lie. You look the same. You did something wrong. You shouldn't be losing strength while not noticeably changing your body composition. The 8lbs of weight you lost wasn't more than half fat. You did prove me wrong on not getting injured, I'm glad to see that. I think you need to put the supplements away for a while and just focus on developing good dietary habits instead of trying to follow some specific diet plan. Good luck man.
 
The diet was the hardest part, but for the most part i followed it to the tee. I just ate so much more than i usually do because the foods i was eating wasnt fixing my hunger.
Hopefully when i can get a better camera i can get some upper leg shots and some different angels and clearer photos
my body changed only slightly and the camera doesnt show justice but honestly like i said i guess i havent fully tweaked a nutrition plan that can fit my growth fully
but i'm sticking to the staples unless i get another log for now
 
I just think you're changing too many things/doing too many things at once that's preventing you from success. I know its hard but try changing 1 thing every 2 weeks in order to set a habit.
 
What do you mean by changing things too quickly? the diet? or my training? or supps?

As of now im just trying to get cut up more and im not concerned with the loss of strength, because i havent been that succesful in the recomp field so i figured a cut would be more my speed then bulking again,
see i joined am coming fresh off of a dirty bulk
where i shot from 140 - 150
up to my highest weight 195
I tried to go into recomp instead of going straight cut
wich was stupid on my part because if you factor in water weight and scale differences that would be about a 30 lb recomp wich for me would be impossible
 
i had a steady routine when i bulked
5 days a week
i was seeing results but the mind gets bored, i wanted to try new things
