Your squat number looks good for you now, but that leg press is still mighty high. You taking any vids of your leg press anymore?

Thanks. Well I had a spotter right behind me that used to power lift as a profession so I felt very safe and he was fairly huge. He constantly made sure that I was erect and went to as close to 90 degrees as possible. As far as my leg press I did lower the weight back down from 20 plates to 16 plates. I went deepr than I ever did and I know because I felt it in my stomach after each set.
I will take videos for my last week of the log.

i felt strong at the gym today as i had someone who used to bodybuild by profession spotting me. lol!!
 
Inclined 195lbs 3 sets 6 reps
Dumbell pressed 85lbs at 9 reps and second set 8 reps.
Dipped 45lbs at 6 reps 2 sets.
tricep push down 2 sets 100lbs 6 reps.
tricep kick back at 22.5lbs 2 sets 6 reps.
Tricep extension 80lbs 8 reps 70lbs 9 reps.

Felt awesome last night than went to the Jacuzzi. Relaxed had a protein shake was awesome.

My bench went past my chin few inches away from my chest.

Typically, I'd assume the individual was probably referring to Guillotine (or suicide) Bench Press. With this guy, who the f*ck knows... Hell, this entire thread in general just makes me think about suicide....:stupid:

I think you mean the BAR went past your chin above your chest? Im guessing this is a testament to your incline form.

These are some solid numbers for a guy sub 150, i want to see a video.

How are you inclining with 195 and but then only using 85 pound dumbbells for bench :261:


Poor form has perpetuated shoulder lifting dominance. The shoulders are a big part of training his chest, biceps and triceps. From what i could tell in the vids. Then again if its the same workout he was fatigued.

Well I don't know the exact number but I am on my second bottle. I just checked I was way off.

Your editing skills for your videos are awesome but please refrain from videos of ab excercises as no one cares about ab exercises. Also what are you now weighing? and i'm with iron lungz, tell us about the product.

I had great focus and my mind muscle connection was pretty awesome.

Exactly how long have you been on this cycle now pedro? Seems like its been over 2 months. How long are you planning on staying on? What does your PCT look like?
 
what is the purpose of doing three reps and then moving up and doing three reps. why don't you just do 3 sets of 9 reps? This training program seems absolutely brilliant if you never want to add muscle!!! Where did you pull this training program from? Flex magazine? lol

I squatted 145 once at 7 once at 8 and once at 9. Went to about 75 to 80 degrees as I had no spotter.
I leg pressed same as last week but the angle was different as it was at a different gym. 2 sets 6 reps. 16 plates of 45
Lunged 45lbs. Deep lunges. 2 sets 6 reps
I leg curled 100lbs 2 sets 6 reps.

Calve sat rise 2x45+25. Did 3 sets at 12 reps.

I felt so pumped to night in the gym that I almost collapsed. Could be from increase test levels which increases RBC and more blood flow feels full.

Still 2:2:2:2 with the caps.

Awesome workout today.

I don't take it on the weekends which is the days I do not lift. I go half dose on weekends. I am close to my end bro. I looked this morning and I have like 8 to 10 caps left of both.
 
Try and keep things a little less harsh please. If you're frustrated to the point you have to keep making fun of him 16 pages into this log then you may want to take a step back. By now you should already be aware of what to expect from him and his log and take it for what it's worth...

DJ - This is not a form of harassment . I would seriously like to know how you are doing that much on leg press. I have a notion that you are either A. using incomplete reps on the leg press or B. squatting wrong. Both can lead to an ineffective workout and possible injury. Please describe the manner of your leg press and squat and perhaps video them.

Thats a long time to be shut down, do you notice testicular atropohy or softening? You may need to add more than the supplied items to your pct. Are you planning on posting the vids since it is the last week? Weight updates? sides?

I start with no weekends but now that I started cardio 16 min on sat and sun I started to take it 1:1:1:1 just recently as I am preping for PCT.
 
Last night was chest.
I felt so great at the gym last night. I inclined 3 sets of 195lbs. got in 6 reps than 6 reps than 5 reps with help.

Flat dumbell did 85lbs at 9 reps 3 sets.

decline smith machine machine weight plus 180. 2 sets 6 reps.

Tricep push down 100lbs slower this time. 2 sets 6 reps.
tricep dips 2 sets 50lbs 6 reps.

My strength felt awesome last night. My rotator cuff was not in pain. I will be starting my PCT very shortly. Remember I took half dose on weekends. So I may take a extra week or so to finish.
 
I lashed out in frustration as well....

I have HCG and arimidex if needed. I will see when I get tested again.
 
well let me unsub as well then............ it was fun while it lasted and boy did it last haha. good luck with pct and further gains in the future, you need to look at your training and fix the flaws asap and get your diet together too!
