Your squat number looks good for you now, but that leg press is still mighty high. You taking any vids of your leg press anymore?
Thanks. Well I had a spotter right behind me that used to power lift as a profession so I felt very safe and he was fairly huge. He constantly made sure that I was erect and went to as close to 90 degrees as possible. As far as my leg press I did lower the weight back down from 20 plates to 16 plates. I went deepr than I ever did and I know because I felt it in my stomach after each set.
