A Day In The Life Of Rocket

There is no product that can give you actual confidence, but there are products that can help you be more motivated (Anabolic XT, Sabroxy XT, KannaEase), more social and relaxed in public situations (KannaEase, Stress & Anxiety Support), and products that people say helps them feel more alpha and confident (in a motivation sense) like Anabolic XT, M-Test, Optimize-T, Alpha Gel.

Those are the suggestions I can think of right away.
Nice suggestions, these may indeed help to go along with doing hard things and may help him do the hard things. However to build confidence he will still have to continuously challenge himself in the areas he is not confident in. Plus, there is almost always some sort of trauma driving a low self esteem that need to be addressed as well.

My doctor told me no workout (or walking) Monday or Tuesday before my test. So I sleep in to 4am. Went to Chemo, Work and ate Meat all day !!

The good news is lack of carbs today I believe helped me shred some of this water weight!

Yes Sir, lower carbs will definitely do that for sure. Probably good you get to have a little forced rest too.

06/27/2023 179bs It's amazing what one day with Zero Carbs will do!

My doctor told me no workout (or walking) Monday or Tuesday before my test. So 4am up and getting ready for my First Appointment 5:30am Blood Draw. In Hershey PA, Next Appointment 7:00am PET Scan, after that a Bone Marrow Biopsy at 9am. I was done in Hershey about 10:15 grabbed a quick lunch at the Hospital Café and off to the West Shore Cancer Center for my infusion. All the test went well and painless, I did get a new hole drill in my back so that is number six now.

Went a little crazy on food after my Zero Carb day and 16 hour fast.

when’s sns releasing their prostate formula ?

Hopeful ETA is within 2 months. The formula is done, labels are done and being printed now. I can just never promise an exact launch time for new products because we have so many products and new ones planned, that its a constant balancing act.

But if all goes well, we will have a lot of new releases in the coming months. The 5 main ones for the Health Series, which are the issue specific health formulations, will be Cholesterol Support XT, Prostate Support XT, the digestive health product, Libido Boost XT, and Sleep Support XT.

06/28/2023 184bs and than you are back to some Carbs !

Up at 3:am, Had a cup of coffee, checked my emails, and got on the Forum here for awhile. 3:30 took my normal Pre-Fasted Cardio Supplements, (1) SNS Thermagize XT, (1) Scoop SNS Focus XT, & 300MG L- Carnitine. My walk this moring was normal 2 mile outside. After a good nights sleep it felt really nice outside, calm and peaceful. It took me 38 minutes which is a little slower than I would have like but the hole in my back from the Bone Marrow Biopsy was just a little sore.

Yesterday was pretty emotional day for me so I did not concentrate on my diet as I should have.

I am going to try and keep my Carbs under 100 for a few days and see if that help me loose some of this water.

They also infused me with 6.5 Liters of fluid, I felt like a water balloon !!

Tomorrow, I will get back to my normal life for a few days, I am looking forward to that !!

So exciting Rocket! You crushed it. I know you still have a road ahead, plus ongoing monitoring, but this is incredible. Count your blessings!

Today started out as a normal day for me Up at 3:am, Had a cup of coffee, checked my emails, and got on the Forum here for awhile. 3:30 took my normal Pre-Fasted Cardio Supplements, (1) SNS Alpha Yohimbine, (1) Scoop SNS Focus XT, & 300MG L- Carnitine. My walk this morning was normal 2 mile outside, I took it easy because I knew I had a full work day ahead, a nice pace but it took me 40 minutes.

No Doctor appointments, No Chemo, I got to go to work and but in my normal 10 hour day!! I will admit I was wiped out, but it really felt good to be back in my normal routine and being productive!!!

I also slept 9 hours like a baby, with ZERO Sleep Aids

I am defiantly gaining some body fat around my mid section which I don't like, but I feel I need to give my body enough calories to help it heal, I can't really get much exercise because I have no stamina or energy, I really need to clean up my diet some but my willpower is not what it should be.

Just make the best decisions you can, as you can, and don’t lose any sleep over it after that. If you’re gaining fat, it is indeed too much - BUT, I would argue in a recovery scenario it’s very important to be optimally nourished, so do not try to create any kind of deficit. Just focus on as much of your food being real, nutritious, minimally processed food as possible. Now isn’t time to worry about cutting, but restoring your health and enjoying each day!

Truly good Nurses can do so much for their patients that I don’t even think Doctors appreciate enough. My wife always wants to go back and give the good nurses a gift when she has been in the hospital and gets out. And they all always appreciate it so much, and you can tell the ones that it is their passion. They really are a blessing.😇

July 4th so a day off of work (I did go in and do some stuff). I slept in to 5am, 7 hours of good sleep. Got up and had a cup of coffee, checked my emails, and got on the Forum here for awhile. I ate breakfast before my morning walk at about 10am. I did take my normal Pre-Cardio Supplements, (1) SNS Alpha Yohimbine, (1) Scoop SNS Focus XT, & 300MG L- Carnitine. I was not moving very fast so I thought I would just walk for an hour and see how it went, It was great I was slightly winded and sweating like crazy. I had a nice feeling of accomplishment when done.

I have a meeting Wednesday with the transplant team, I am hoping after the blood work comes back I will get the go ahead on some light lifting. I also hope I can get a little better time line on what's next ?

Hopefully they’ll be able to go over a plan of action and you can start easing back into lifting.
If my Blood Platelets are above 50 I should be OK to lift light ???? 🤞

So happy for you, that was a great video!

Got up 3am and had a cup of coffee, checked my emails, and got on the Forum here for awhile. 4:15 time for my Morning Fasted Cardio (Walk) I did take my normal Pre-Cardio Supplements, (1) SNS Alpha Yohimbine, (1) Scoop SNS Focus XT, & 300MG L- Carnitine. My lower back was hurting pretty bad so I also took two Tylenol and walked at a pretty slow pace. But hey any workout you get in is better than the one you don't! Walk was 2 miles and 40 minutes. It 4:15 am and already 84 degrees out 🔥 !!

Had a meeting with the transplant team and it looks like I am done with any and treatments till September, just some blood work ever couple of weeks to keep and eye on things. Stem Cell / Bone Marrow Transplant should be in September some time.

I got the go ahead to start lifting again on Monday.

This is probably my Monday Workout ?

Pec Deck (3) Sets, 25lbs 12-15 Reps
Flat Bench (5) Sets 45lbs (Bare Bar) 12-15 Reps
Tricep Pressdowns (3) Sets 25lbs 12-15 Reps

As my platelets increase I can push a little more!

I am in this for the long haul so the main goal is to just get healthy !!
