Consideing the areas involved, I would stop 2 days before, then and then avoid the area of incision ny a few imches.

With Supernova, yes. Supernova is different than any other topical by the inclusion of some of the key ingredients from BRITE. Kicking this sub-q cells into becoming tiny little furnaces means you will burn more fat with the same caloric intake.

That's not to say that if you compensate by eating even more that you can continue to lose fat, but keeping what would normally be a slight calorie excess yes.

I noticed many different bits and clumps in mine too, and figured at least some of that are the ingredients that are supposed to be dissolved.

So what I did is empty the contents into my magic bullet mini blender cup and pulverized it. Also added a bit of grain alcohol to the mix. After a normal shake the mix is smooth now with no random bits everywhere.

As suggested previously, a few drops of Isopropyl alcohol does wonders on texture. I was having the gritty/grainy problems as well until I added just a few drips in.

No, it's just cArbomer (a thickener). There are no actives in there.

The fillers won't dissolve at all, so it'll be really gritty.

So the bottles on sale now have the new ratio? I just opened up 2 from the orders I placed at beginning of year and they have the clumping balls lol. My wife gets so angry at the mess they make all over the bathroom. I might just take the loss and order new.

FWIW, when I was using it, I stood in the bath tub to apply; then just sprayed it down with the drain after so it didn't stick. Still an extra step in the process, but better than them going on the floor (because I'm OCD and made that mistake the first time -- had to clean the floor immediately).

That's good idea. I will need to do that for these 2 bottles. All over the floor sucks. Plus my dog tries to eat them lol.

I added hand sanitizer to mine and heated it in a water bath, just kept shaking ever couple of mins and kept in water bath, took about 20 minutes and it was fixed.

Compared to what I used last year (white bottle, last beta version I think) this stuff is just about perfect, just a creamy liquid. Goes on very easy. The old stuff was thick and towards the end of the bottle it would turn into flakes as soon as I put it on. Another high positive is the scent dramatically is different and far better. Just wanna say nice job with the product's tweaking.

Haha, you're cute. I have paid for all of my Evomuse supplements except for the bottle of Gut Health dsade sent me. I was just saying that it's good to hear more people are enjoying the latest batch. I was also stating that I have tried all the tips the users say help, and none helped with this batch.

I often just scrub wipe my tummy with a wet paper towels and wipe it very dry with more paper towels and then apply. Its certainly not the best application but I do what I gotta do.

Just buy some exfoliating pads and some witch hazel from the store and use that before a non shower application

IMO, you're majoring in the minors re: worrying about exfoliating, etc... If that's when you can apply, then great. But if you can't before application, I wouldn't worry about it. Carl Lanore did a piece on Trans-Dermal applications (He produced a TD Vitamin D supp) and according to him, it isn't even the exfoliating, but hydrating the Stratum Corneum (which is 15-20 layers of dead cells to begin with = protection) that helps with TD applications. So I'd say a warm washcloth is good enough if you have to do *something*.

This layer is composed of 15–20 layers of flattened cells with no nuclei and cell organelles. Their cytoplasm shows filamentous keratin. Yes I have especially on some of the warmer days. Its nothing near as intense as eviscerate smolder. With the beta bottle I had a while back I never felt any burning. It makes me sweat just a tad but I have no issues with it.

Topicals go pretty far back - Ab-Solved, Lipoderm Ultra, Napalm (I think from Avant). You can find stuff on 'Topical Fat Reduction' on PubMed - going back to the Mid-90's. Thiomucase is pretty old too.

Take Brite @ 2 pumps per day 3x daily. With or without food.

Apply SuperNova to "problem areas" 2x per day. Typically best if you can exfoliate or scrub area first with wash cloth.

I dose Brite and apply SuperNova preworkout and feel like I sweat more that way.
