I looked up in the mirror and saw the bar resting on his chest and the "oh SH!T!!!" look on his face. He tried to get it to the first set of rack points but wasn't getting it close. I dropped my weights and ran over there and picked it up off of him as he let out a huge sigh of relief. Douchebags were just standing a few feet away talking and laughing about him struggling and not helping the poor kid. Even worse, one of em was a trainer there. Color me impressed!

I've had weight stuck on me before when training alone--a couple of times, actually. But I just either dump the weight off the side, or roll/bump it down to my waist, sit up, and hoist it off. I've done that with some pretty decent poundages, too.

I'd never rock decline solo though (if I ever saw a reason to do decline) :/ Scccaaaarrryyy.

Why take it to that level and lift for days!? You need sleep after a good lift session, that's why you should free base cocaine! Nothing is better than free basing cocaine... Well maybe speed balling it with a bit of heroine, but that's beside the point, no need to get off topic.

Back on topic.

Chick wearing super tight black shorts today. She was with 2 guys lifting. Not sure if either was her bf but if 1 was I am sure he was pissed. Unless he is the kind of guy who likes guys drooling on his girl. Saw her before but this time she was trying extra hard for looks.
 
So there's this douche at the gym that can't walk past ANY of the mirrors without checking himself out and flexing in front of them. Maybe 5'10" ish and 150-160 lbs. Never seen him work legs. Always has his mean muggin face on like he's a bad a$$. So, as if that wasn't enough to nominate him as a douche, yesterday while walking and checking himself out in the mirror, he stumbled over a piece of equipment. The leg extension machine I was on gave me a perfect view to see it happen. I started laughing (maybe a little loud but I wanted to make sure he heard me) and he got his angry scowl face out for me. That of course made me laugh again--- me and the guy lifting next to me.

..... Not really though. Everybody in my gym here is a dbag. No one ever puts there **** back to its original place... No one unracks their bench presses, squat machines, curling bars, or anything! These F***ers make me mad.

I find it ironic that the women who wear the skin tight yoga pants/yoga shorts to the gym are always the ones who try and pull their shirts down to cover their asses. What's the point? LOL.

The question is how the hell do you find the other 25kg dumbbell? You find one that you need, and you have to walk around for 10 minutes in this 2000 square meter room (1 of 4 huge rooms) to find the other weight that you need. It's a bloody mess, and the employees only clean here like twice or three times a week.

There is this woman where I lift who is the epitome of that. She has a nice tight thick booty covered in yoga pants every time I see her. And then a shirt that is pulled down half way on her booty. Also she jumps rope a lot... so it bounces a lot. Suffice to say yes I watch haha.

Haha I kid you not it happens. Haven't seen her in a little while though. Lately I have been going a little earlier to train. If opportunity arises I will try to capture it on video. It will turn very awkward if caught though haha. I have actually talked to her on a few occasions which is rare.

Lol those are my nightmare! I saw one squatting one time. It was a girl with shorts soooo high her ass cheeks were exposed no underwear and she made me salute lol I didn't really notice It till I was done with my set... awkward! Lol

Biggest douche bags in gym do curls, shrugs, and raises directly in front of dumbell rack. Why you ask? Because of course no one else needs to re-rack dumbells after a set, no course not we just want to mire your trap-curl-delt complex bro. Anyone know dis feel?

By the way the girl from yesterday was back with the 2 guys. Still can't tell which is her bf if either are haha. It went from loosish gray short to TIGHT black shorts and then today spandex capri pants.

Haha could be. Like I said still not sure after seeing them 3 times which one is her bf. And if one of them isn't her bf they are facking stupid. Sorry but I have found working out with females not to be productive. The only way I would agree to that is if they were as strong as me or hot. If they are as strong as me you wouldn't want to look at them. If they are hot it would be a distraction.

Lol what's wrong with the metrics system? It's much simpler than the USA system. Either way when I'm in the USA I use the USA system, but at the moment I'm in Russia. So for now the metrics system shall reign!!!

Does this person only go to that gym like once every two weeks? Because that (unfortunately) sounds an awful lot like me... hahaha
 
So, I'm finishing my last set of palloff presses about to foam roll and leave the gym. Then, a trainer brings in this dime and has her SLDL right in front of me. A$$ is perfect. How could I leave the gym with such a majestic view? I ended up being late for work and damn near had to tuck my half chub into my waistband.

The trainer is the douchebag and hero for bringing that thing in the same room as me and making me late.

Haha no I normally go alone and when i do go with a buddy which isnt often i dont ever recall us matching clothes haha, but that description sounded a bit like me with a few exceptions.
