Short but very effective chest workout. I was pretty happy with the flat bench increase, but would love to be at 235 for 5 like my last cycle. Plenty of time!

Yeah I plan to drop down to around 185 or so in the near future. Weight I don't care really, just need -5% bodyfat.

I'll be off superdrol in a few days and the lethargy should die off. Working almost a month with no day off while averaging 2 hours + in the gym is the culprit.. Hit cardio and some ab work today. Took a break from the weights. Was planning on doing arms but when I got in the weight room there was a kid in there dancing around the preacher curl and db area and I was in no mood to deal with this dude. Every day this kid is acting like the weight room is his personal dance studio and it annoys my buddy and I so bad. I was thinking about skipping weights anyway so it just gave me a good reason to.
60 mins on treadmill for incline speed walk for 745 calories!! Just kept focking going, felt damn good too.
Went home and did some ab work with sit-ups and laying leg lifts for about 20 mins.
Noticing veins all over my abdomen, the are pretty thick too! Love being this lean, it is something very new to me coming off of two years of straight bulking!

I hope I get some nice dry gains on this cycle. Your log and progress is great man. Keeps me motivated. I have been so against leaning out because I didn't want to lose size... time to move on and lean gain!

Lucky, even bulking I can not come close to having a Wide Open diet. When I am relatively good on my diet I start gaining fat. I get over 3000 calories too many build days in a row and I start to soften up. Yeah and I am 209 you would think I should be closer to 4000 on a bulk minimum.Bulking is nice because the diet is wide open but shredded is more fun to show off lol. Well from what I hear. I've never been cut up.
