Day 20

Weight unknown

Cardio/ab day, had to give the muscles a rest today.

Elliptical for 35 mins, 410 calories. 20 mins of rotating ab coaster and hanging leg lifts. 10 mins of incline speed walk for 115 calories.

Complete clean up day after my carb up days. Carbs will be minimal to prepare for pics.

Honestly I'm pretty fuking dialed in right now and I feel even when I drop the mdrol the progress is going to continue. The anabolics are helping but I'm really sticking with it and killing my body on a daily basis.

Day 20 (2nd workout)

Weight: 169(+4.5)

Chest. Went in after work because I had a whole sh1t load of energy and I wanted to get pics out of the way this morning.

Flat bench
1x8 135, 1x10 185, 1x8 205, 1x5 225, 1x8 185

Incline bench
2x8 155, 1x7 160, 1x6 165

Cable fly's
1x12 20, 1x9 25, 1x8 27.5, 1x10 27.5, 1x8 30, 1x10 20

Wide hammer press (weight per arm)
1x10 70, 1x9 75, 1x9 80, 1x8 85

Short but very effective chest workout. I was pretty happy with the flat bench increase, but would love to be at 235 for 5 like my last cycle. Plenty of time!

Day 21

When I got home from work this morning I went and did chest, got my pics out of the way, grabbed a quick hair cut and then met my parents down at the pool. Haven't hung out with them in a bit and I wanted to get down there and work on a tan as winter had me white as all hell! Barbecued up some dogs and brats and had a great time, not too mention got just the perfect first burn that I'm not in too much pain and probably won't peel to bad. My next pics will probably look a little better as I plan on going down there at least two more times before next pic day.

On a nice note had A LOT of compliments while down there. :) A guy and his girl that I haven't seen in 2 years were down there and the guy said geez have you been hitting the weights? I replied yea I go about 6 days a week matter of fact I went twice today once before and once after work. He looked at my mom and said "I'm not gay but your son looks really good, I mean hes jacked!" LOL. So my dad is sitting there and I guess when you get this kind of build its just natural everyone has to explain how they are ready to start hitting the gym and get in shape. He looks and says my son over there is on the cover of body building magazine as you can see, he can just train us. What a lifting day for one's mood. It will fuel me the next time I'm crushing the weights.

No gym today, complete rest day.

That's great man. The compliments are what really fuels the fire in the long run. I find that I see myself too much in the mirror so I don't notice change as much as people I don't see on a regular basis. Keep up the good work and u might just be on the cover one day my ninja!

Yea, I definitely agree. My parents were pretty shocked and the extra stares were nice. ;-) Like I said a few weeks ago to the other competitor's that type of feedback is what makes all this work put in every day so much easier and really makes it all worth it. Although I love being in the gym and wearing myself out so I don't really need a reason.

I don't even know man! This weeks changes have had me feeling focking incredible and I'm mentally floored! I truly think the 5a and Hdrol really kicked in the last few days! Added agmatine too which may have upped the vascularity. So eager to see how much I change come next week!!!!! My pics didn't turn out as good as I wanted them to but i will get the lighting down for next weeks. I haven't had a day off in a few weeks so my time has been limited.

I don't even know man! This weeks changes have had me feeling focking incredible and I'm mentally floored! I truly think the 5a and Hdrol really kicked in the last few days! So eager to see how much I change come next week!!!!! My pics didn't turn out as pod as I wanted them to buy I will get the lighting down for next weeks. I haven't had a day off in a few weeks so my time has been limited.

Hell ya bro, I'm on sdrol and only put on 5 lbs so I'm thinking the gains will be super easy to keep! I sure hope anyway! Thanks for following man it's been crazy.

Yea bro my ole lady wont let me trim anymore!! She caught me doing some maintenance and said what are you doing I hate when you do that! Haha. She likes it for what ever reason! It hides to focking much tho!

Thanks, after the PR it was like all the anabolics took over and I coasted through a killer workout. I can't stress how good Hdrol makes me feel. To think I still have 5 weeks has me floating!! Haha

Thanks punj, strength is actually down a but from last cycle but my weight is also down ten lbs too so what can you do. I look way better so I'll take it!

Always first cycle goes very well...you gain alot and ur strength goes up too...but after first cycle the gains are not the same...hey as long as you see urself in mirror that your body is changing that will do the job :)

That is absolutely true. Your first is always your best gains. Each cycle after that typically gets less and less

Last cycle wasn't my first cycle. Definitely agree though. Just wish I would have took a little more time to cut then I did. That C20 cut was too quick and hurt my strength big time. No biggie just got some more work to do. I'm way better off now then I was before physique wise so its a win for me.
