Cardio/ab day, had to give the muscles a rest today.
Elliptical for 35 mins, 410 calories. 20 mins of rotating ab coaster and hanging leg lifts. 10 mins of incline speed walk for 115 calories.
Complete clean up day after my carb up days. Carbs will be minimal to prepare for pics.

Yea, I definitely agree. My parents were pretty shocked and the extra stares were nice. ;-) Like I said a few weeks ago to the other competitor's that type of feedback is what makes all this work put in every day so much easier and really makes it all worth it. Although I love being in the gym and wearing myself out so I don't really need a reason.That's great man. The compliments are what really fuels the fire in the long run. I find that I see myself too much in the mirror so I don't notice change as much as people I don't see on a regular basis. Keep up the good work and u might just be on the cover one day my ninja!

Last cycle wasn't my first cycle. Definitely agree though. Just wish I would have took a little more time to cut then I did. That C20 cut was too quick and hurt my strength big time. No biggie just got some more work to do.
