Never Listen to Milas about RecoverPro

Last night was HGHpro, Powerpatch, 3z, Valerian root, phenibut, and half a bottle of Killians.

I'm also on third shift and have tried everything to get on a sleep schedule. The only thing that has worked for me is melatonin.

I find that 100-200mg of trazadone works very well for me :)

its not bad, but leaves me drowsy. I was toying with just 50mg plus some phenibut. that way the trazodone is enough to keep me asleep once I fall asleep for 6 hours, but not so much I want to stay in bed the next morning

200 can do that to me, but 100 is just fine for me. What can I say, I'm a freaking horse.

Bdcc, clear yourself from pms plz!

Are you asking him to vacate himself from Phlex Magnum Supplements? Wow, has his correction of your grammar really affected you that much?

Yes, yes you are!

Funny story - a colleague and I were joking around about getting a bigfoot costume and walking just into the frame of a security camera. We think one of our security guards would go absolutely nuts and the funniest part is that a lot of those bigfoot shows focus on central KY for sightings.

Hey, if they are missing out and quoting the bro science then let them go and be dumb.
You're looking lean and feeling good. Let It Be.

It's Friday and Fl3x keeps puking like a 9 year old over indulged fat boy on the scrambler during kids day at the county fair. (Hows that for a word picture!)

I was listening to NPR (which usually is me yelling at the radio as it was in this situation) to some dumb b!tch hippie type talking about how (as part of a book she wrote) ran a "study" on her + her daughter. The book was about how girls are entering puberty earlier, developing breasts earlier and larger.

Anyhow her "study" was via urine tests checking for BPA, phthalates, a few other of the chemicals that are questionable in safety/estrogenic effects. Then for a week they basically touched no plastic, used no deodorant, herbal toothpaste + soaps, etc and retested their urine levels. She then goes on to comment about the changes in levels as if they were meaningful. Dumbass, urine levels are EXCRETION levels and say absolutely nothing about serum levels without comparative blood tests. I wish people understood simple science.

So if I pee in a plastic bottle, I'll develop boobs earlier? Sweeeeeet....

So what you're saying is that blood tests are worthless and we should only measure urine, as well as use sample sizes of 2?

Fapping to Cy's new pic under my desk at work.

Sounds like she'd be very successful in the supplement industry.
