Never Listen to Milas about RecoverPro

I couldn't resist guys.............
I raided the cafeteria at my work. It is badge access on night shift. I found Lo-Carb Monster and a slice of carrot cake. I have sinned :(
But I also ate a cup of cottage cheese so that makes up for it.

And in the next hour I will be grilling my 1.92 lb Texas shoulder steak that has been marinating over 24 hours in a bag of Jack Daniels steakhouse marinade.

Low carb monster.... My god I want...
And the steak... Last night I had a very lame dinner... A half pound sirloin and a chicken breast with about half pound of veggies. I was too lazy to make any more lol.
 
After eating the most boring college grub for the past year, I was treated to an $86 entree last night at the classiest restaurant I have ever been to (built-in to hotel).

I would get the biggest steak they had, some hard to find sushi, some fried alligator bites, and a nice glass of red wine.
At least that's what my bill was when I treated myself like that down in Detroit a while back. Restaurant was called Fishbone.
My current comfort food is Cheddar Sun Chips and a bottle of diet Dew.
Either that or a slice of cake....
