Whenever I do decide to cut/lose weight I become super focused and rarely deviate from the diet.When I decide to go off the diet, well that's another story.

Thank You.. Summer being 3-4 months away is helping motivate me to look good for the shirts off type of weather. You know what I mean

Pancakes sound good.... Sorry bit late but that made me crave them!
 
I have been highly disappointed in pancakes the last couple times I had them, which is sad ... they are my favorite breakfast food!

I loved this. My mom would make them and this was a favorite in the winter. Nice little short stack with peanut butter spread in between and then coated in delicious Aunt Jemima.

Best breakfast food, what are you guys thinking.. sausage and gravy over biscuits destroys pancakes any day..

I NeedTo make a vid for dips and pullups tonight. Nobody else will be at the gym tho so it may make for a Hella hard time getting a good angle to place the camera.

How late is your gym open? My gym has mediocre hours, but I live in somewhat rural area. It's sub-sub-urban. :thinking:
 
Mine has only ever closed for a few days cause of remodeling. 24 hours 365 days a year is just so much easier for me with my weirs hours.

There's a 24 hour gym around my place, but it's over twice the price of the gym that I go to AND it's smaller.

24/7 :) My place of employment has a fitness facility at one of their plants that is road accessible. It's half a mile from my place so I go there on my days off.
