Sure, I've been called a xenophobe, but the truth is I'm not. I honestly just feel that America is the best country and all the other countries aren't as good. That used to be called 'patriotism'.

I like a good mix between our 2 countries...both have their perks and drawbacks.

Started Lean Gains back up last week to help dial things in for my contest prep. Not too bad so far. I used it last year and liked it but this time I'm eating before I workout and feel better.

Jamesy poo, I am thinking of going lean gains on my next cycle. It will be for gains...the lean kind....so I think I may attempt it.
Hope it doesn't ruin my results.

It's not too bad most mornings. Frustrating when my wife tries to have me make her some delicious breakfast and not be able to eat any of it. She's getting better though. It's now 3 here. Time for me to have about a thousand calories for my breakfast!

That part is gonna suck.
I just can't stand the fact that I pretty much feel like sh!t from meal 1 thru the whole day. If I could go only 4 hours feeling like **** instead of 17 then that would be great.

You get over it quickly. It was nice having food restricted to that window. If you guys haven't read the article on "grilling yourself" about meal frequency/blood sugar, I'd suggest it. It's pretty interesting.

How many BB have diabetes?
 
Couldn't tell ya. But I do know that my fasting glucose level is around 95 on a consistent basis. So that would prove true that small, regular feedings result in an elevated fasting blood glucose level. Whenever I get my medical situation under wraps, I plan on going back to IF and after a couple months of that, I'll see how my fasting blood glucose compares to it.
