Well guys, yesterday I apparently cleaned up incredibly from having nearly zero carbs (<20g) and an hour and a half of cardio, because this morning I was very dry and lean. I looked more ripped than ever!! It also was reflected in the scale. I was 165.5, but I can't tell you the last time I was that dry, so that weight is not normal. I'm sure by tomorrow it will be back to around 167-168. ABS are coming through better and everything is still improving overall.

My workout was effected a little bit it seemed this morning. Because of the low Cal's and no carbs, my energy level was super low. I still matched every rep from previous weeks, but I definitely had to push harder to get it.

Nice update posted there. So the 5 days on 2 days off on the S4 is keeping the vision sides under control?

Ouff! Insane! I bet you are looking impressive but needless to say very tired. How in the world did you stay alert through your workout? Are you taking in any pre-workout supps or caffeine? When you say <20g of carbs, what carbs then do you consume? Is it predominantly vegetables?

Guess then the SARM combo is working!

you the man! Haha. Dry lean, and shredded. The workout must have been amazing (Visually anyway)

Damn Rick under 20. I'd pass out. On my burn days the lowest I go is 60 and I get cranky as hell and definitely wouldn't hit my normal reps or weight the following workout. Nice job

Yeh bro....vision issues have been barely noticeable using that dosing....and I'm even at a higher dose of around 75mg per day too

My carbs came from some veggies, 6g came from some plain Greek yogurt, a few more grams in some fat free dressing in chicken caesar salad, and another 6 or 7g from fat free cottage cheese

....and definitely still taking my preworkout combo of N2KTS and N2amp. It wouldn't have been the same without them!!

Yeh....visually vascularity and definition looked amazing for sure...

It was a little rough, but stimulants helped me push through it. Thank god for pre workouts!!

You ROCK, Rick (seriously, no pun there)! Thanks for the knowledge Bud!

A lot of us do fasted workouts and I have to say once you get used to them they are pretty damn fine... but Rick is right the pre-workouts make all the difference... N2KTS is a damn good one and we are coming out with a new one that I am really excited about close to the end of the month...I was just saying to Al yesterday though, we owe Jacob a debt of grattitude though for coming out with Jack3d and changing the pre-workout market.

Haha I pretty much stopped using pre workouts about 4 months ago. I took jack3d when I first started lifting again, and I don't think I would be in the gym today without have ever trying that stuff. Gave me some motivation to lift for sure, then when the results starting coming in I never looked back. :D

Nice man that's good to hear, debating running S4 with my Osta. Still not sure about it hehe.

Agreed. Jack3d really was a ground breaker which set the bar for a majority of the pre workouts out there today like N2KTS

Any1 who doesn't use a stim b4 they lift?

Today's workout went incredibly well. Everything was perfect. From yesterdays moderately high Carb intake, my weight went back up to 167.5 and it gave me that nice full look while still looking very lean with no noticeable bloat. Them carbs really made my veins pop big time too. It took no time to get a good pump going and my arms and forearms looked like road maps with veins spidering all over the place! It was nuts! I felt "on" today and was loving every minute of it. I did not want to leave the gym at all!!

I actually had a few lifts that I either added weight, reps, or both with a couple PRs in there. I was really impressed with my DB shoulder presses. I hit a PR on those of 85sx8, which to me is incredible. I don't know a lot of people pressing their bodyweight in DBs for reps overhead, but today...I DID!! There were a couple other nice numbers put up too. I looked at my ABS while doing some weighted cable crunches, and I think my ABS even had a pump, because they were popping and had a few really cool veins showing up along them. Pure awesome!

I am planning on pics this weekend that should show a good difference just as long as I am dry enough when I go to take them. Saturday and Sunday are burn days, so I will probably put them up on Sunday. I should be sitting pretty that day in the afternoon...

This run is planned for 4 more weeks but may end a little earlier than that depending on how quick the SARMS run out. I know I have around 3 weeks of Ostarine left, and maybe a tad bit more of S4. So I am basically at the halfway mark and I can't complain at all with the progress so far.

Do you have to cycle off of N2KTS? Ive tried a few pre workouts and am currently taking Dark Rage but it says to take for no more than 8 weeks...

Yeh....anything with stimulants in it will cause you to build a tolerance over time, so after a couple months its a good idea to take a week or two off of them. That will usually make them very effective again....at least for me ;)

I don't too often, it's really about resistance to the product but I find N2KTS has good staying power as I just use it 3 times a week. Revamp is a good answer to restore adrenals as well...

Great results so far Rick!

You want a great picture where you are dry but still full? On a lift day eat your high carb action like normal, then before bed take an extremely hot bath with about 2 cups of Epson salt in it, submerge everything but your face if possible. Stay in for about 10 minutes then get out pat yourself dry with a towel and go to bed, do not drink anything afterwards. When you wake up you will still be full from the carbs but the combination of the salt and the hot water will have sucked the subcutaneous water right out of you. You will be full but as dry as you would be after a burn day if not more so.

I may try that. Thanks for the tip Chris!

I dont use stims typically.. especially when on cycle or androgens...

I really only use stims when Im cutting and even then its just through the day, not as a direct preworkout...

I will seldom use a preworkout during the off time between cycles (after PCT) and even then I usually do so at a fraction of the dose, like 1/3 or 1/2.

Thanks for the info...keep killing it! I have been doing alot of research on SARMs and might give them a try in the near future...

Wow rick, that is great! New veins are always awesome! I will hopefully be seeing some when I start cutting down later next month ;)

PRs! Damn! Man your shoulder press is impressive... Is that standing?

I agree with impressive shoulder press. I finally put up 70s x6 for my PR a few days ago. 85s are mean, I doubt that's standing though, supporting your self standing up would be almost impossible with that kind of weight, well at least for me lol. Nice job RR. :D

Those are seated. I don't know if I could even get the 85s up while standing...lol Its tough enough using my knees to help them up while seated!

Al swings them and sits. It looks easy but when I tried I almost died....

LOL... I could imagine putting myself on my rear doing that!

Its SO tough getting up anything over 75lbs... but once they are up I can rep em out no prob... that first static press is just killer though.

Yeh thats the thing. You end up spending half the energy getting the DBs up and stabilized before even starting your reps. That's why I rarely do standing presses unless I'm doing some higher rep lower weight movements.

Seated is much better when going heavy IMO

Had another great workout today. I hit quads along with some arm work. I love doing arms on their own day so I can hit them fresh with more weight vs doing them when they are fatigued from compound exercises. Its been a while since I've been able to work them out that way so it was nice!! Everything was up for arm work, but I expected that since I was working them out fresh.

I noticed last night when I got out of the tanning bed that I had some nice veins coming in that I've never seen before, so the leaning is still going very well. My chest is starting to show more striations along with some veins going across it when i have a good pump. I'm also seeing a lot more veins in my quads which is real nice considering I never get a lot of vascularity on my lower body. ABS are getting tighter and more prominent too.

I'm getting a decent amount of carbs in today and should fill up nice before going into a burn for a couple days over the weekend. Pics should be posted sometime Sunday

Sick amount of weight on those dips bro! Good looking workout there.

Wow, I have never had any problems getting the DB's up when standing, it is actually easier for me to do than when sitting and OHP heavy. I have more room to kick it up with my leg so i get more momentum. Standing the best I have done was 95 for 10, but seated I got 105 however it was for like 6. I always do my shoulder press standing though. Sitting is bad enough for your back then compressing it with extra weight, it just isn't god for the discs that and standing allows for more functional strength.

No problem bro. Its all good!

Cardio/Burn day today. Nothing overly exciting. Did 35 minutes of HIIT elliptical this morning for a 450 Cal burn. I will probably do about another 45 minutes of cardio tonight on the treadmill.

Fast breaker today was 12 oz chicken breast, steamed broccoli, sweet potato, 5 oz plain Greek yogurt, one slice of Layne Nortons cheesecake, and 2 scoops of whey.

Tomorrow I may go for an extended fast with a shorter eating window around 4 hours or so. I will probably drop the cals quite a bit also, and may get abput 1500 or so for the day. This is something I might start doing for the next few Sundays. Its easy for me to do that day, and it is pretty effective for giving a little extra burning on off days. I'm kicking it up just a bit as I head into the last 3-4 weeks of this ride with the hopes that I end up pretty diced by the end!!

Pics tomorrow!

I appreciate the compliments Morry! But....I'm no master. I'm just trying to learn, get cut, and grow like everyone else!!

I don't think I'm diced yet by any means, but maybe more cut than I give myself credit for.

I've been expirimenting with different ways to take better pics with better lighting and locations and let me tell you....LIGHTING IS EVERYTHING!! I've heard fluorescent lighting overhead is excellent so I gave it a try tonight with some practice pics and oh my god...should have done this a long time ago. I looked awesome in my practice pics, so tomorrows should be excellent!! :D
