Oh, I see. He used PP's powder. I wonder why other brands such as NOW and Jarrow, for example, also include Propionyl-L-Carnitine in the formula. They do not seem to make just GPLC. Any reason for this?

GPLC is very expensive, maybe even more than Propionyl-L-Carnitine.

PLCAR/GPLC
Caffeine
ALCAR
Piracetam
Huperzine A 99%
L-Tyrosine
Alpha-GPC/Choline Citrate

Thoughts on this super combo used for energy, cognitive function, memory support?

Additions/subtractions etc would be welcome.. It's going to be a rough semester :(

Looks solid to me. Dosages?

Not redundant, but doesn't quite serve the same purpose. Hup A is something I need to add soon.

Yea I know LCLT doesnt fit with the "studying goals" of this thread but your comment of ALCAR, PLCAR, and GPLC being redundent to take together had me curious about LCLT.

Elaborate, I need to study hardcore next 2 weeks. ANd where you get yours?

You could also get Adder-all... Just go study the quiz on the official page. When you have gone through it a couple of times and know they are looking for, go to your doc. Invariably, he will ask you questions right off the quiz:-)

I'd rather not use some amphetamines for studying.

I find that the controlled release version is pretty clean. I feel/felt like I needed it and was diagnosed with ADHD in my late twenties. I think the problem with it is that no one makes any mention about its ability to "fraz" out the CNS if it isn't cycled. Most people just take bigger and bigger doses where the larger problems begin. I studied the different meds before talking to my doctor about it and then when I went in, he asked me the questions straight from the site. Interestingly, when I took Androlean, I didn't feel the need to take it.

What is the best way to use ALCAR and LCLT?

Well, LCLT doesn't really fit the purpose of the thread since it's main ergogenic benefit is on androgen receptors, but ALCAR is something that I use daily (1-2g/day).

Bumping this..

My phenibut from NP didn't come with a scoop, and i don't have a scale.. so tough to figure out what 100mg is

Any suggestions on dosing the phenibut just for a little stress relief/relaxation to complement the Focus XT/piracetam/gplc combo

Email CS over at NP to see if they have a measurement for 1/4 tsp.

I've got the scoop for piracetam that looks like 1/4tsp..just don't want to take too much phenibut that it makes me drowsy

Should be ok, we'll see what they say :)

A u got STD hangover sux worse ..... not that I have one lol

Another good use (for me) at least is pre bed. It really relaxes me and helps me feel refreshed in the mornings.

Phenibut has been beneficial sleep wise for me at one cap.

Trying to study during carb deprivation wouldn't make any sense. I'm not sure what point you're trying to make with an of your posts.

I had to do this year when I was in contest prep. Certainly didn't make studying fun, but I got through it.

Anyone tried GPLC as a study aid yet?

Intrigued. I also got some Picamilion, Phenibut, Huperzine, 1,3 Dimeth, and choline that I'm playing with to see what combo/dosages work best for studying.

Not to hijack the thread, but if you need a measurement let me know. I've got a digital scale and some 1/4 tsp, plus some of our Phenibut.

To be honest I've been trying out different combos the last week.. Focus XT with GPLC 3 caps for a base, then adding piracetam, phenibut in small doses to see if there's any difference. Haven't really noticed much from adding those two..

Piracetam seems to need a consistent use for 2-4 weeks before you see something really significant at least from my use and others I have looked into.
Also with Focus XT I really like to mix it with carbonated water and make it more like a typical energy drink. I may just like the carbonation but seemed to maybe hit a little faster.

The carbonation is why I'm so partial to using Monster, but I know it's not the ideal complement.

Monsters are literally the best pre/during workout drink I've ever used. Insane energy and focus.

How does the carbonation help?

How does the carbonation help?
I do not know how, but it definitely helps. It makes a lot of supplements in a powder form kick in faster and stronger, but an overall duration of the effect can be reduced in some cases.

I just prefer the taste, but carbonation can help with speed of delivering certain substances (e.g. alcohol).

Granted, it's by breathalyzer and they've fasted, but it shows that carbonation can increase the concentration.

Carbonation does make alcohol stronger loll that is true.
