Oh, I see. He used PP's powder. I wonder why other brands such as NOW and Jarrow, for example, also include Propionyl-L-Carnitine in the formula. They do not seem to make just GPLC. Any reason for this?PP has a very goooood quality..... cheap also imo
GPLC is very expensive, maybe even more than Propionyl-L-Carnitine.Oh, I see. He used PP's powder. I wonder why other brands such as NOW and Jarrow, for example, also include Propionyl-L-Carnitine in the formula. They do not seem to make just GPLC. Any reason for this?
PLCAR/GPLC
Caffeine
ALCAR
Piracetam
Huperzine A 99%
L-Tyrosine
Alpha-GPC/Choline Citrate
Thoughts on this super combo used for energy, cognitive function, memory support?
Additions/subtractions etc would be welcome.. It's going to be a rough semester![]()

ALCAR with either GPLC or PLCAR is redundant.
How about with LCLT?
Not redundant, but doesn't quite serve the same purpose. Hup A is something I need to add soon.
Yea I know LCLT doesnt fit with the "studying goals" of this thread but your comment of ALCAR, PLCAR, and GPLC being redundent to take together had me curious about LCLT.

You could also get Adder-all... Just go study the quiz on the official page. When you have gone through it a couple of times and know they are looking for, go to your doc. Invariably, he will ask you questions right off the quiz![]()
What is the best way to use ALCAR and LCLT?ALCAR with either GPLC or PLCAR is redundant.

Bumping this..
My phenibut from NP didn't come with a scoop, and i don't have a scale.. so tough to figure out what 100mg is
Any suggestions on dosing the phenibut just for a little stress relief/relaxation to complement the Focus XT/piracetam/gplc combo

You'll be able to buy 60g for 10 bucks soon
???Back on track?
Another good use (for me) at least is pre bed. It really relaxes me and helps me feel refreshed in the mornings.
Trying to study during carb deprivation wouldn't make any sense. I'm not sure what point you're trying to make with an of your posts.

Email CS over at NP to see if they have a measurement for 1/4 tsp.
Not to hijack the thread, but if you need a measurement let me know. I've got a digital scale and some 1/4 tsp, plus some of our Phenibut.I've got the scoop for piracetam that looks like 1/4tsp..just don't want to take too much phenibut that it makes me drowsy
Should be ok, we'll see what they say![]()

*back to the topic*
To be honest I've been trying out different combos the last week.. Focus XT with GPLC 3 caps for a base, then adding piracetam, phenibut in small doses to see if there's any difference. Haven't really noticed much from adding those two..
The carbonation is why I'm so partial to using Monster, but I know it's not the ideal complement.
Which one do you like, they have many different kinds? The carbonation is why I'm so partial to using Monster, but I know it's not the ideal complement.
Same question: Which one do you like, they have many different kinds?Monsters are literally the best pre/during workout drink I've ever used. Insane energy and focus.
I do not know how, but it definitely helps. It makes a lot of supplements in a powder form kick in faster and stronger, but an overall duration of the effect can be reduced in some cases. How does the carbonation help?
I just prefer the taste, but carbonation can help with speed of delivering certain substances (e.g. alcohol).
Seriously wow, any sources, was totally unaware.
Sources for?
Granted, it's by breathalyzer and they've fasted, but it shows that carbonation can increase the concentration.
This is pretty surprising to be honest, more so that mixed went faster than concentrated.
I agree with you I prefer the taste of carbonated beveragesI just prefer the taste, but carbonation can help with speed of delivering certain substances (e.g. alcohol).
I would only use 1,3 except for sparingly and at a low dose.
Oh man, I love that stuff! (srs) I had 50mg today to help me study with some Huperzine.
