alot of for arms curls the front and back after three sets of each mah forarms fried- its an off day but i didnt hit these muscles this past split, and since they are so small, i will hit them tomorrow

slut, the only carbs i eat r fruits/milk. after i carb up I crave em, so i stopped carbing up. I like the idea of heavy one split volume the next. Im doing that pretty much now. just wait for the pics slut. I hear wut ur saying though- tighten it up EVEN MORE.

i have not had time for cardio alot- i work out at 5am before work, but i have cut cals to compensate- and instead of cardio 5x a week its 2-3 times

okay update- been in pct for a week now, strength has dropped- a tiny bit, but size has stayed the same which is what im lookin for. Fat loss has sxtalled which is no surprise due to cortisol etc. Working ALOT like 65 hours a week- but i sold 4 cars this week so its cool, still finding time to go to the gym 5 times a week.
upped calories in pct though- from bout 2300 to 3k i was going REAL low trying to cut, but now im just maintaining what I got in pct. I dont know when my next cycle will be- havent planned anything and not looking to for a while- my bloodwork is shot to hell (which doesnt surprise me) so im layin low for a while.
if i ever find time to take pics i will lol

tomorrow is legs with squats in there- i have upped calories in the first 2 weeks of pct, round 3000-3500 weight is heavy with low reps(4-6)
