Schwellington kicks summers ass with a mixture of things,(INC. ANDROHARD UNSPONSORED)

alot of for arms curls the front and back after three sets of each mah forarms fried- its an off day but i didnt hit these muscles this past split, and since they are so small, i will hit them tomorrow

so today on chest was pure rep day was in the 10-12 rep range nothing out of the ordinary to report except my body composition changes are happening quicker and quicker. I weigh 235
i started this cycle at 224- and i have leaned out nicely- estimate-8lbs LBM and about 2%bf dropped

Now on to the post, sorry for the absence.

Schwell if you are using a modified version of my split, I think you may have missed a few points.

The idea was to rotate 2, 3 day splits back to back. By rotate I mean listen to you body and shoot for 1 volume day, 1 heavy day. If you aren't recovered, it's 2 volumes for that week. For me this really helps lean me out, treats DOMS from the heavy session, and pushed nutrients into the muscles that should be undergoing hypertrophy. 6 days is killer, but on gear it is easy.

That being said, on to diet. If you are craving carbs, YOU ARE CHEATING. A lot. I don't crave them. I injured myself, took a long break, gained weight and ate what I wanted. When I went back to my Primal ways, I didn't miss the carbs. Your body HAS to adapt in order to use fats effectively for fuel. If you keep dumping those ****ty carbs in there, it will never get to that point and the cravings will always be there.

The helios is really not needed if you get your diet in check. Stop trying to short cut getting cut. You can't. And even if you manage to for a week or two, you won't appreciate it enough to maintain it. Work hard and appreciate that work. It will serve you well in the long run.

And you know your my boy, I've been outta of the loop and not around to fock with you about being short sighed, impatient, and down right lazy. You're a body builder bish. Act like one or I'll kick you in the nuts when you finally get married and I come out there.

All in all, impressive results, but you cut yourself far too short of what you are capable of. So when the guys are saying good results, I imagine they mean there is a physical difference, but what if you could see what a pic would look like if you would just be extremely disciplined, follow your layout, and hold yourself 100% accountable? I bet you would want that physique so bad you'd shut the fock up and blow every single one of us away.

slut, the only carbs i eat r fruits/milk. after i carb up I crave em, so i stopped carbing up. I like the idea of heavy one split volume the next. Im doing that pretty much now. just wait for the pics slut. I hear wut ur saying though- tighten it up EVEN MORE.

i have not had time for cardio alot- i work out at 5am before work, but i have cut cals to compensate- and instead of cardio 5x a week its 2-3 times

today was a day off, diet has been on point, tomorrow is legs/biceps/abs

clothes are fitting better, im smaller- but ALOT leaner- which is coo, cause when winter hits i will be mighty lean, and bulking will be optimal

Fat loss has sxtalled which is no surprise due to cortisol etc. Working ALOT like 65 hours a week- but i sold 4 cars this week so its cool, still finding time to go to the gym 5 times a week.

upped calories in pct though- from bout 2300 to 3k i was going REAL low trying to cut, but now im just maintaining what I got in pct. I dont know when my next cycle will be- havent planned anything and not looking to for a while- my bloodwork is shot to hell (which doesnt surprise me) so im layin low for a while.

Wow that is bad bish. I have been taking Niacin and COQ10. It seems to be working well along with cardio i got my bloods taken a few weeks ago and my lipids were in excellent ranges. Maybe throw those in if you already haven't to help out. Sounds like you need to take a lot of time to let your body heal. Hopefully you bounce back quick and keep all those hard earned gains.

no but really im taking a good 6-12 months off- im having bloods drawn in 2 months, then again 2 months later- i expect cholesterol to be stableized in four months, but im going to not use AAS for another 4-5 after that. Im big enough as it is(230@12% is decent) right now im focusin on health, and maintaining muscle

i will go up in BF because im eating alot more, but i can cut that off later- kinda on a bulk diet right now, i need fiber etc for cholesterol too, so carbs are in there.
