okay sooooo avoid the yohimbine, drop ephedra to 25/caffine 200 2x a day?

i will take the rx bp meds i got, they kept it low even on trenbolone.


they do help so i will do this just as a precaution.

work was intenste, tired, but still gunna go lift. I have the energy too so im going too, so far mood is already improving- not so BLAH anymore, energy levels good, strength good, mass good so far so good

Well you can take it 3x/day. Usually the protocol is start at 12.5 E, 200 C every 4-6 hours. SO like 8am, 1pm, 5pm. Then work your way up to 25 E, 200 C 3x day.

Or you can just do 2x day as well. :firedevil:

weighed in at 226 this morning! Abs are not AS visable, but still seeable! I will take 2-3 lbs of fat if i can hold onto 15 out of 20lbs lbm i gained on this cycle. That way after pct the cut will be much better, and the cut will be moderated- i will pull out 10g fat here, 10 g carbs there. Slow taper, but cardio will always be there, and weight sessions intense.


i just have a super duper slow metabolism- but i can beat it- just need to be smart about it:)


today is legs with LIGHT squats since i dead heavy deads yesterday, but i will punish my legs in other departments :) cardio for 30 minutes

Use chalk, your grip is important too, you've gotta take into consideration that straps can add up to 40+ lbs of extra weight.

I do rack pulls with no straps @ 700lbs and pull 575 with just chalk.

Someone your size with gorilla arms should take advantage of them.

SO CHALK UP BRO. I promise your grip will hold that weight no problem
 
nah i cut it short- it was deminishing returns at this point i was just hurting myself, so i decided to pct, and hop back on in about 5-6 months

I just had something scary as **** happen to me.


All of a sudden, i got short of breath, like bad, i got weak and tired, and nauseated- all of these things happend INSTANTLY it was no building up to it it just happend, and i started shaking uncontrollably.

i was like "im going to die" that was a ****ing scary thought, so for w/e reason my gut told me to eat- and man, eat I did, i smashed on 4 pieces ezikiel bread(60g carbs)

like 4 servings almond butter, and some protein pancakes


the symptoms have subsided, what that was about- i have no ****ing idea, but i think if i wouldnt have eaten, i would have had to call 911-
so my caloreis probably went up to about 4200 total today BUT they have ALL been clean, and i was VERY active today

net- around 3400 lol- one day aint guna hurt, hell it's pct i need to be eating big- but not this big- i just did it today cause my body like short circuted

Wow that doesnt sound good man. I hope everything is ok. Maybe your bp dropped for a second. Hopefully after a good nights rest you'll be ok.
 
it was weird, almost hypoglycemic like symptoms- which doesnt make sense, w/e i just ate like 800cals and now im just exhuasted like more so than normal- i think with all the stress from finals, my body transitioning, and these intense ass workouts- my body just flipped lol ya tomorrow is cardio only then chest on sunday

calories back down to 3k-3.1k tomorrow
 
could have been a panick attack. eventhoug i am no expert on this by any means.
i just know that i got weak, dizzy and nauseated during injecting once and i think it was simply because i was becoming aware of what i am doing (fear of needles, can block it out however) and had a kind of panick attack.
 
wasnt a panic attack, I have anxiety, I know my symptoms when I have a panic attack, this was something totally different- when I have a panic attack I know whats happening, and I know to just get away by myself and breath deep- this- i thought i was going to keel over and die- i dunno lol.


anyways, calories are being dropped to 2800 on off days(cardio) and 3000 on weights/cardio days. IM 5 days deep in this pct and im getting STRONGER. Epicness, I have not lost any size, and im BREAKING OUT MORE THAN WHEN I WAS ON CYCLE!!! Testosterone is coming back for sure, good signs at least.



did 38 minutes long distance cardio today, and im going to be on my feet at work for probably i dunno 7-8 hours so im lookin at a good 6-7 hundered burnt today.

I'd really like to see schwell take a good 6 months off anything anabolic and just lift and diet.after the pct is over.just looking out for ya bro you know mama worries sometimes.
 
actually now that i think of it, maybe it would be wise to see a doctor. i dont know if its possible, but maybe it is something heart related. and if not, a doctor could make sure that its nothing serious.

Hey schwell, don't know if this fits into your PCT but may be a good idea. Throw in some MT2....it is responsible for increasing LH production, oxidizes fat, and gives you a nice tan. I'm sure if you low dosed 250mcg-500mcg you could see some benefit without all the added sides (aka moles freckles)
 
hormones prolly all ****ed up. if youve ever gotten a panic attack they're scary if theyre sevre. i got anxiety problems so stack this on top of it... its a real treat ; /

That sounds like a good idea bro. We want to see you taking care of yourself and making sure everything is ok.

That attack sounded pretty bad bro. Do you have any history of low or high blood sugar issues or ever been checked for it. It almost sounded to me like a diabetic attack. Just wondering...
 
no issuses with diabites or glucose levels. only thing with me is family has bad cholesterol by genes other than that- no. I would have said it was something w/ blood sugar, but I had been eating carbs.

My only guess is at this point i pushed my body so hard it short circuted. But i dunno, i have been fine the last couple of days....it scared me....


I called my mother who is a nurse, but she lives back in Texas, she told me eat, lay down, and if it doesnt get better call 911. so i did and i was fine. BUt yuh scurry

it has been planned to a T but before i cycle, i will have blood tests confirming im OK, and get a general check up by a Doctor.

week 1-14- test p 500mg/wk
week 1-5NPP 400mg/wk
week 1-3 Anadrol 50- 100mg a day(or 75 not sure)
week 6-14 masteron prop 700mg/wk
week 8-14 anavar 100mg/wk

i may or may not use anavar i dont know yet. But the first 5 wks are a bulk and rest is cut down
 
Nice cycle plan. I think that's where a lot of guys go wrong....spend too long trying to burn fat and build muscle and eventually hit diminishing returns. toggling back and forth is great idea.....IE 20 wk cycle = 8 weeks of cutting, then 4 weeks of cutting, then back to 8 weeks of bulking

pct has been smooth so far strength is still high :) I have put on a couple lbs fat but thats OK i will keep all my muscle mass, and then when done with pct the muscle will help shred it down to around 205lbs which is where i wana be(bout 20-25lbs to loose)

okay so i have GAINED 3 lbs in pct- wtf? diet has been clean and cardio high.....


so thoughts on diet so far.


body likes fats >carbs so im lowering carbs by 50 grams, and fats will remain at 115g protein staying high at 375


so that will give me about 2800 calories here.

scary **** man, I was reading this at work and im like o damn hope hes ok. Im following close schwell as im going into pct in 5 days.
 
yeah, I think im good, but i wanna be sure as it runs crazy in my family.


Anyways diet has been good, pct been smooth, im afraid the ostarine i have is actually a steroid. I mean- I know guys who have used the same supplier(NO I WILL NOT GIVE SOURCES) and recovered fine. So i guess im just paranoid.


I will be addind in erase for estrogen control in a week, i have gotten the estrogen bloat :( due to a spike in naturual test, the armoatase enzyme is converting some to estrogen, so erase will help do this and it's non steroidal and cheap/effective :)


finally im looking at some norephedrine, yohimbine and caffine(NYC STACK) to use once im done resting for another eh, 7-10 days to let the adrenal glands rest a bit, perhaps i will wait longer.

no recycle has more stuff in it, not to familiar with it, it is a natty test booster, it may have anti e properties im not certain- i never used natty t boosters, not that they are bad, just why should I when clomid is clinically proven to raise free test by 75% and a 100% increase in LH

I seen allot of posts on people saying clomid is better when dealing with tren. Then of course the other half say nolva is the best all around. And would creatine help in PCT? if so which one, there is so damn many now.

So I will run recycle starting end and then PES-erase at 3rd week, hope the 2 work will together.
 
you will be okay. as far as i know whats really to worry about are certain visual changes in the mole, if its new then worst case scneario as someone already mentioned is that it will have to be removed.
i like how you take these thins serious btw, once can always argue that schwell is crazy, but at least he pays attention to his body...
 
@ Kain- nolva is actually BAD BAD BAD in pct WHEN using a progestin like compound like tren- always use clomid


creatine is great in pct AND on cycle- use it


redman- ya i do listen/watch the body closely- now it's telling me to go back to sleep- but i just ate some oats, blueberrys and whey/milk gotta let it digest :/

Going to do cardio for 45-60 minutes today- will probably only do 45 which should burn around 450-500 calories :)

tomorrow is legs with scoot bjork- should be interesting- will be a heavy squat day- no cardio on this day

just got done with about 37 minutes cardio (35 jogging, 2 cool down)

was good and sweaty yuh, does anyone know wtf I can do to reduce shock impact on my knees/shins? Because Im loving the longer cardio sessions, but its tearing my knees up

Yeah man elliptical works good if you're having knee probs.. Just push with your upper body, taking the stress away from the knees.

Running on the treadmill kills me too man.. I mostly use it for incline walking.
