Really busted my ass today. Muscles didnt really give out so much as my cardio was gone. Got a lot done today so thank you Wyked. The DAA has seemed to really boosted my test levels. Been having some anger out bursts nothing too crazy, but I have noticed myself more quick to get pissed which is rare.
Lol I usually try to but man I love some cornbread. I did laugh off some crazy chick trying to pull out in front of me tonight though. Left the gym drenched in sweat. Was really able to push through some reps. Had some weird bursts of strength. Idk if it was the workout or the supps or a combo but I felt great today. About as close as I can get to on cycle feeling(the good kind I dream about). I do get a weird bout of yawning after taking the Wyked though. Kind of like Im so stimmed I yawn :thinking: especially on the drive to the gym. Could just be Im so bored driving and ready to lift lol.

Hmm that is a good question. It seems like the DAA-HCG bottles last about 15 days each give or take. Had some spillage because the contains are packed and taking the scoop out. Obviously atleast until one bottle of Wyked is complete. Using DAA-HCG the whole time too. Could go longer just depends on how I am feeling. Not even the stims in Wyked could get me going. I think the flu shot really took it out of me. Plus yesterdays workout was killer.

I have only ever had a Flu Shot once and the one and only time I got it I was the sickest I have ever been in my life for ~6 months just after it, which was NOT cool, since it was Junior Worlds year and my last year of college (i.e. high school for you Americans). BTW those "crunches with burpees inbetween" hurt my abs just reading it. Maybe its the burpees that is taking so much out of you.

Another fun burpee combo is to do them in front of a pull up bar and when you jump up from the burpee grab the bar and do a chinup or pullup then let go and right back down to the ground for the next burpee.Well the flu shot was more of a peace of mind thing(not mine).

Scale weight really is irrelevant, one can gain or maintain scale weight but at the same time be leaning out and dropping body fat. Personally I try not to weigh myself that often and just go by the mirror and every once in a while I do a 3 point BF test to get an idea.My weight is actually probably about 220 right now.
