DAY 8

Cardio again :yup:
It is starting to feel lighter and lighter every time I hit the Stationary Bike and the Treadmill. I must up the speed and resistance I think.

I might be close to 100% again since I had around a years break from practicing MMA.. I'm not even gonna mention how it was getting back into training after that long of a break :lol:

Anyways, I ran the usual 4km, a little further than last time in the same time.
Stationary Bike for 20minutes interval program.

I can tell I am leaning out nicely. I feel just a little tighter every morning I wake up and abs are starting to show some more :thumbsup:

I will have a weigh in by the end of this week ;)
 
DAY 9

Decided to take the day off. Had some poor sleep last night due to having my cat
wake me up every 1.5-2hours :blink:

No more seeping in the same room for the cat :p

So far this stack is the best I've tried for fatloss. I literally feel like a layer of fat has vanished every morning. Might be some water weight also, but time will tell ;)

I've gotten used to the ECA in the mornings. Don't feel that rush like the first couple of times, but I do feel wide awake and energized :)

Next up on the agenda: Chest & Back :yup:
 
DAY 7

A great cardio day today :thumbsup:
Woke up and popped my caps - 1hour later I was ready for the treadmill :D

Stationary Bike 25minutes interval cycling
Treadmill 25minutes, ran around 4km

I tried to stick to my diet strictly, but I failed and had some goodies we had laying around the house :tragedy:
Not much though, enough to make me beat myself up about it.

No more cheating from now on. But I might try Layne Norton's cheescake and pizza. And some protein pancakes maybe.. Healthier alternatives..

I made the Layne Norton cheesecake yesterday. Was a little disappointed personally. I might have messed it up, but it smelled REALLY good while mixing.

DAY 9

DAY 10

Had a stressful day at work once again. I ran back and forth with a bunch of papers and I barely sat still during the day. I mean it was good cardio :lol: but it took a toll on me mentally :fool2:

Despite that I was very motivated to hit the gym later during the day to hit the weights.

  • Military Bench Press: 210 x 8, 210 x 8, 210 x 7
  • Incline DB Presses: 80's x 8, 80's x 8, 80's x 8
  • Flat DB Flyes: 55's x 8, 55's x 8, 55's x 8
  • Pull-Ups: BW+20 x 8, BW+20 x 8, BW+20 x 7
  • Bent Over BB Rows: 200 x 8, 200 x 8, 200 x 8
  • Chin-Ups: BW x 8, BW x 7, BW x 6

Felt pretty strong today even though cals and carbs are dropping. I think this will be a very successful cut ;)
 
DAY 11

Well today was a better day at work. Not much to stress about, but despite me sitting still most of the day I still had those awful sweats going on. Thirst is unbearable at some times and I'm downing a lot of water these days.

Feeling real good from this much cardio and I'm not that tired in the mornings any more :)

Upped the speed on the treadmill and ran a little over 4km in 20minutes. Did an interval program on the stationary bike for 25 minutes. Also did various ab exercises before hitting the treadmill and stationary bike :thumbsup:

My abs gonna be sore tomorrow :D
 
DAY 12

Took the day off from work today. I was visiting my home town for the weekend so I decided to take a little extra time off :)

Hit my legs & shoulders in the evening.

  • Front Squats: 200 x 8, 200 x 7, 200 x 6
  • Standing Legs Curls: 70 x 8, 70 x 8, 70 x 8
  • Seated Toe Raises: 175 x 8, 175 x 8, 175 x 8
  • DB Military Presses: 75's x 6, 75's x 6, 65's x 6
  • Upright Row: 120 x 8, 120 x 8, 120 x 8
  • Side Laterals: 35's x 8, 35's x 8, 35's x 8
  • Shrugs: 175 x 10, 175 x 10, 175 x 10

I was beat after that session. I think I hit the gym a little too late in the evening because I felt a bit tired :( I'm happy with the workout though but I was sweating like there was no tomorrow during workout :p
 
DAY 13

Weekend at last :D Hit the gym for some cardio in the morning on an empty stomach. Just popped my ECA, Shift and 7-Keto before going.

Did 20minutes Hill Program on the stationary bike. I got 10km in 20minutes and I was pouring sweat :11: I was so exhausted afterwards I had to skip the treadmill :D Was the most intense program to date. My pulse was up at 190 during the hardest point and it felt like my heart was gonna pop out of my chest :blink:

Afterwards I was happy I pushed through and my legs were like cooked spaghetti :p
 
DAY 14

Had an awesome Sunday. Woke up, ate some breakfast and started baking :D
Made the best cheesecake ever! I tweaked the Layne Norton cheesecake recipe a little according to the products I could find over here. Total per cheesecake: 140g Protein, 50g Carbs, 60g Fat :thumbsup:

I also made some Protein Pancakes that were surprisingly good! I made them with Optimum Nutrition's Banana Casein. I know it is not the best tasting protein powder, but the banana pancakes tasted fantastic :32:

These recipes are awesome if you feel the need to cheat a little but healthier :)

Also went to the gym to blast my arms.

  • DB Curls: 65's x 8, 65's x 8, 65's x 6
  • BB Curls: 120 x 8, 120 x 8, 120 x 8
  • Close Grip Bench Press: 210 x 8, 210 x 8, 210 x 6
  • Weighted Dips: BW+65 x 8, BW+65 x 8, BW+65 x 8
  • Preacher Hammer Curls: 35's x 10, 35's x 8, 35's x 8
  • Tricep Cable Pushdowns: 90 x 10, 90 x 10, 90 x 10

Felt strong in the gym and got comments on how jacked I look. Big upper body and no gut they told me :D They haven't seen me in a long time in my home town gym so one guy told me "You've added some serious mass but no fat". He was like WTF?! :p

Weigh in this morning as promised clocked in at 203.5lbs!!!!
6.5lbs lost in 2 weeks and very minor strength decrease (a few reps here and there..) Could'nt be happier!! :veryhappy:

DAY 15

Decided to hit the gym today instead of cardio. Me and my wife are going to visit here home town over the holiday and it is a long way to a gym over there so I better get my workouts in before we leave :) Cardio can be done there :p

  • Military Bench Press: 210 x 8, 210 x 8, 210 x 6
  • Incline DB Press: 80's x 8, 80's x 8, 80's x 7
  • Flat Flyes: 55's x 8, 55's x 8, 55's x 8
  • Pull-Ups: BW+35 x 6, BW+35 x 6, BW+35 x 6
  • Bent Over BB Rows: 200 x 8, 200 x 8, 200 x 8
  • Chin-Ups: BW x 8, BW x 7, BW x 6

Still feeling the thermogenic effects from this stack. I'm constantly hot and minor sweating going on 24/7. Hopefully the fat will continue to fall off me and not halter to a stop at some point. If it continues like this the whole way through I would be 180lbs after 6weeks with a very low BF % :11:
But that is just playing with thoughts :lol:
 
DAY 16

Ended up taking the day off. Didn't feel any motivation at all and generally tired. SO I decided to give my body some rest. I think it was much needed..
 
DAY 17

I dunno what got into me but I felt like working arms instead of legs. As I mentioned earlier I am going away over the holiday so I can't work out :(

I'll do a lot of cardio thats for sure so hopefully my legs get a beating from that. I can always take my kettlebells with me and come up with something.. :yup:

Here's today's numbers:

  • DB Curls: 60's x 10, 60's x 10, 60's x 10
  • BB Curls: 120 x 10, 120 x 9, 120 x 8
  • Close Grip Bench Press: 210 x 8, 210 x 8, 210 x 8
  • Weighted Dips: BW+75 x 10, BW+75 x 10, BW+75 x 10
  • Preacher Hammer Curls: 35's x 10, 35's x 9, 35's x 8
  • Tricep Cable Pushdowns: 90 x 10, 90 x 10, 90 x 10

I really concentrated on the movements and executed every rep with perfection. Also pushed out more reps and the weighted dips was a surprise to me with added weight and more reps than before :blink:

Strength seems to be climbing on some exercises even though I am cutting :think: It is a good thing though :D It could climb on all exercises instead of just some.. :p

Upping the 7-Keto to 400mg/day after next week to see if that effects me in any way. I'll keep the Shift at 5caps throughout the day, if I up it to 6 my bottle would'nt last me a full 8 weeks. I'm tempted to up the ECA to 3caps, but then again I encounter the same problem - it wouldn't last the full cycle :tragedy:

Well as long I see results I am happy, no need stressing over the dosing I guess :D

Got home and dosed my pre workout mixture along with a banana and I was ready to hit the gym.

  • Military Bench Press: 220 x 6, 215 x 6, 210 x 6 (!)
  • Incline DB Presses: 80's x 8, 80's x 8, 80's x 8
  • Flat Flyes: 55's x 8, 55's x 8, 55's x 8
  • Pull-Ups: BW+35 x 6, BW+35 x 6, BW+35 x 6
  • Bent Over BB Rows: 220 x 8, 220 x 8, 220 x 8 (!)
  • Chin-Ups: BW x 8, BW x 8, BW x 7

Got some new numbers on the Military Bench Press and Bent Over Row :thumbsup: Felt good hitting those heavier weights even though I am cutting. Felt strong today!

I also did 2 super sets at the end of my workout, 1 for back and 1 for chest to get a nice finishing pump ;)

DAY 24

I had to take the day off because I had a meeting right after work that lasted about 2 hours. After that I had to go buy some food since I was all out :lol:

Lot's of cooking foods today :thumbsup:
 
DAY 25

I couldn't decide if I should trash my legs today or do some cardio.
After much debate I decided to do some cardio.

Ran 3miles in 25 minutes on the treadmill at 10km/h speed.
I was pouring sweat :11: Hardest run to this day.

After that I jumped on the stationary bike for another 25 minutes. Kept my pulse between 140-150 for 20minutes. Felt awesome :thumbsup:

I had a little trouble walking out of the gym though since my legs felt pretty pumped from all that :D

Gonna be hitting them again tomorrow with some Front Squats and SLDL's :thumbsup:
 
DAY 26

I had a very sh!tty day. A busy day at work followed by a 2hour drive to my hometown for the weekend. When I finally had unpacked all my things after arrival I was so beat I went straight to bed :o

So no Legs today sorry :(

Will hit the weigths with my father tomorrow though :thumbsup:

I hit the gym sometime mid-day.

Decided to try and incorporate legs & arms with some sohulders. Now I left my note at the gym back in my hometown so I don't remeber the exact numbers :tragedy:

I did some DB Curls and BB Curls fro biceps followed by Front Squats and SLDL's for legs. Decided to do some Close Grip bench for triceps and weighted dips. Had to skip shoulders though because I was beat after that :p
Too much exercises in one session for my taste.

I gotta stop slacking around now. I am loosing the touch on this cut when I just think it is going so well. Fact is if I stop doing what I have done these 4 weeks things wont continue in the same pase. So no more messing around with workouts!

Weight clocked in at an even 200lbs this morning! :woohoo:

That's kinda cool. I don't see that much. I used to workout with my younger bro but he's too stubborn to change and too lazy to be consistent or diet so he fizzled out pretty fast.

Having a good workout partner that motivates you and that you can trust is very helpful. Especially with the form corrections. I worry about that all the time with certain lifts.

Makes sense now on the cut. That's some great progress then and with retaining most of your strength is awesome.

DAY 29

I got my TTA-500 on Friday so I've been dosing it during the weekend to build up to 4caps for the rest of the cut. I spread 4 caps out evenly throughout the day. I hope this makes a great addition during the last 4 weeks ;)

As I mentioned; some nice intense cardio today.

Went to the gym a little late feeling tired but that didn't stop me.
Ran the usual 4km (~3miles) in 25minutes and sweat was pouring off me again :D

Immediately jumped on the stationary bike after that for another 25 minutes, keeping my pulse between 145-150 the whole time.

Felt awesome. Got back home and downed some chicken and veggies with very little brown rise (carbs :nono:) :lol:

Feeling great and no cramps or sides from the TTA yet :thumbsup:

Hitting Chest & Back tomorrow!!:firedevil:
