Some updates for you all. Depletion workout in an 80 degree warehouse with GH frag right before equals Matt sweating like a whore in church. My legs are just trashed and finishing sets 5 and 6 on leg press was a trial I don't look forward to repeating tonight. I went up in weight on some exercises and am proud to report I am looking HAYUGE in the mirror when lifting, and again this morning. Holding steady at 209... if I can stay between here and 207 before carb up, that would be sick.
I am not having any BP issues anymore and had half a cup of coffee this morning, I couldn't take it and needed some pick me up, no issues after either. Seems my body found homeostasis with the extra mass and water I am holding this weekend, it is a nice change as I don't feel like my head is going to explode during workouts anymore.
Last thing, my legs are pretty much rock hard all of the time and my upper body takes about nothing to get a pump (though with low carbs I can't hold it for long). This DMZ is legit boys and if you want to know where I got it for under $20, PM me
