Gonna have to see some progress pics of this "bulking recomp" thing. I'm not sure how that even works physiologically!

Oh, I am going to get some end of the day Friday, maybe post workout Saturday when I am full to the max to show my progress. My shoulders are so much more full and my upper abs are dropping fat fast. I wish the lowers would but one day at a time... :aargh:

I always get the upper 2pac shaqurs, its my bottom abs that have yet to see the light of day.

I am shooting for the 6pac shaqurs but I will suffice for 4 plus the shadow of the last 2. Mine have not seen the light of day since I was 18, they need some sun!!!!

lol. I've never had a 6 pac shaqur. Not even in high school and was doing wrestling and football.

Swimming and water polo, 6' and 160 pounds there is not much fat going on there. I was more vascular then then I am now and I have vastly more muscle, go figure. I couldn't squat more than 175 at the time so things have progressed A LOT!
 
That is why the Ultimate Diet 2.0 is so ultimate, it allows you to cut a ton of fat and add mass. It is all about partitioning, managing leptin levels and glycogen depletion and supersaturation. Long story short, it's a beotch but allows you to do some pretty impressive things if you get it right and with DS/AAS in the mix, it really shines.

Bulking while losing fat, whilst not cutting, while eating for gain, but not gaining fat with the muscle, while more then replacing bad weight with good weight, but gaining a hyper-amount of good weight..... black & white if you ask me.

Sounds like you guys have something good figured out if you can do it right. I was always more of the bulk/cut mentality, but hey, if it works that's extra cool.

I'm not on that diet, I was just being a smart ass. My diet is pretty basic; high protein, low complex carbs, 6 meals a day.

That's similar to what I do currently. Although the ultimate diet what oufinnys using sounds interesting. oufinny have you typed out ur diet somewhere in this log?

Mon-pre workout Thursday No but my low days are this: ~2300 cals, 240P, 65-75 carbs, 110-120 fat.
Carb up days thursday night: ~500 carbs, 120 protein, low fat
Friday carb up: ~1000 carbs, 200 protein, 50-60 fat which is over 5000 calories
Sat/Sun: Maintenance cals with 150-200 grams of carbs 40/30/30 is my target ratios with about 2700 cals.

That is basically it, you just repeat it for about 6 weeks and you should be a new man/woman on the other side.
 
I don't buy mine pre-mixed and if you do, there is no reason to further dilute a solution that is already 99.4% water, 0.6% AA as yours are. Some may argue otherwise but what are you going to get from further dilution except more fluid to inject. I frankly like that I do 5iu of GH frag for my full dose, it is quick, very little pain (outside of the morning screw up) and leaves no skin mark where I injected. If you want to know where I got mine, a legit place no doubt, PM me (Kleen, DW and I are all going to the same place). Thanks for stopping by! I used .5" pins and they work just fine.

You know, how much BA to put in and the like. I might have to hit you/Kleen up on that, especially at those prices! I plan to run some GHRP and Frag. Again, sorry if I wasn't clear on that.

So carb up last night was great. Did my LR3 at 50 mcg bi-lateral and another 40 mcg this morning. I am up to 207.4 as of the post morning pee. We shall see how it goes today as I drink water all the time and the carbs on top of that should me major poundage by the end of Friday night. Looking extremely full now, it can on'y get better :). I will upload a few pics later from late last night. Just an FYI, the polo shirt I am wearing at work keeps getting bunched up at my shoulder, bicep is pushing it up since it is so swole!!!!

Oh, and there was that pesky workout last night that I did surprisingly WELL on. Some highlights for you:
Leg Press - 450x12x2 sets... sounds light but not after TRASHING your legs all week and this leg press machine is brutal, the meanest I ever used.
Hack squat machine - 270x10, 270x8 Again, my legs were trashed but managed to get through this.
DB Bench - 80x10x2
Incline DB Bench - 80x12 ;)

The rest are pretty pedestrian numbers, even for me, so I will spare you hearing about my weak ass lat pull downs and bicep curls. These insulin spikes and valleys are mean on the energy department, excited one miunte, ready to pass the F out the next.
 
I'm interested Like everyone else on seeing progress pics of your recomp. It sounds sweet on paper, but I just want to see what the results look like from it. Great job so far man!

Well I took pics last night, will again tonight and post workout tomorrow. My legs were pumped when I got up in the restaurant after lunch, I was walking funny which was odd from just sitting and eating. I can tell the pump tomorrow during my workout will be freaking unreal I am sure, plus I am going to hit up some LR3 pre-workout as well :).

I also noticed my BP seems a little more chilled out after a few bananas, interesting recommendation I got with that but seems to be helping.

I took pics last night when my girl was over,even she couldn't believe how big I got from this carb up. Workout this morning should be a lot of fun, going to hit some IGF bi-laterlally in the chest, see how that goes over before ;).

Nope, that is hard work. I just started the IGF-1 on the carb up so I doubt it worked that fast. I just blew up when I started eating carbs man, in a way I never have. My legs were hard as rocks this weekend, if I flexed I seriously think I could have bent a pin if I tried to stick it in ;).

Yah I exploded on my last carb up before the contest but took a little too long to flush out and lost some of my volume. It really only takes 2 days to flush I think maybe less depending on the amount of spill over. I should have done what they said and eat salty foods like pizza on contest day but I was too nervous too... the next day after eating tons I was really swole...
 
Yeah man, your chest is bursting out so much it practically borders on synthol! Nice work Fin. You're making some nice muscular progress, especially in the chesticles.

Thanks for the compliments, nice to see my chest FINALLY growing, it is the most stubborn part of my body. And yell at imageshack, they are all saved properly on my computer, I have no idea what the deal is with them being turned 90 degrees.

Some updates for you all. Depletion workout in an 80 degree warehouse with GH frag right before equals Matt sweating like a whore in church. My legs are just trashed and finishing sets 5 and 6 on leg press was a trial I don't look forward to repeating tonight. I went up in weight on some exercises and am proud to report I am looking HAYUGE in the mirror when lifting, and again this morning. Holding steady at 209... if I can stay between here and 207 before carb up, that would be sick.

I am not having any BP issues anymore and had half a cup of coffee this morning, I couldn't take it and needed some pick me up, no issues after either. Seems my body found homeostasis with the extra mass and water I am holding this weekend, it is a nice change as I don't feel like my head is going to explode during workouts anymore.

Last thing, my legs are pretty much rock hard all of the time and my upper body takes about nothing to get a pump (though with low carbs I can't hold it for long). This DMZ is legit boys and if you want to know where I got it for under $20, PM me :).

I will expand on that for you big man (everytime I see 6'3", 320 I imagine you must look like a Mack truck!). Lyle McDonald in the Ultimate Diet 2.0 uses a glycogen depletion workout, basically GVT done over two days, that is full body instead of a two day split. So it is 3 sets of 15 (arms get 2 sets of 15) on each body part with legs getting quads/hams/calves so 8 exercise. Once you do this "circuit", you repeat it again and try not to puke with the short rest periods. Your weights aren't very heavy, 60% of rep max mainly, so it is about endurance and getting through it more than anything. You do this Monday, Tuesday and a more power focused version Thursday, then Saturday after your massive carb-up is a power workout of 3 sets of 6, again, full body. I wouldn't think this would add mass but I am up 9 pounds so... you do the math on that one ;). Hope that helps. I am getting used to Eviscerate first before I add in the clen... I am going to probably add 40mcg to 2 pumps to start...

Fin, you could do penetrate and 6 grams of yohimbine and some RK and have akiller deal that would cost about 30 bucks if interested in that maybe someone can just order you some and have shipped to your casa. Save you a step in trying to get another topical. Napalm and clen are still effective and napalm only had yohimbine in it.

NP makes a transdermal carrier, do a search and all will be revealed. RK are raspberry keytones, again you can get those at the planet as well. I would love to add 7-oxo as well but that is not cheap or easy to get.

Ok so survived last nights workout and made some good progress in all my lifts, went up in weight though the hack squat I couldn't, my quads are trashed and my right quad feels tweaked a little. I am going to feel that out tomorrow and stretch it well tonight, maybe foam roll it tomorrow before the workout to warm it up before I trash the crap out of it AGAIN!

Got to use the strong man overhead press machine they use in competition yesterday, had 180 pounds on it, did 2 sets of 10 reps so I was psyched (right after bench no less!). It is a great shoulder exercise and is a little like push press but without as much leg motion.

Tomorrow is the beginning of the bridge, Epi will be added in at 30 mgs with 30 mgs of DMZ, should be pretty stellar if you ask me :). Also, got some Alpha T2 on the way so that will be incorporated in place of the clenviscerate.

Diet is going to continue to get reduced in calories to go from my "bulking recomp" to an aggressive recomp with a focus on fat loss and small amount of mass additions. If I can continue to lose fat and end this run and PCT at 210 that would be phenomenal (around 10-11% BF). Considering where I started from, that would be a major change (well over 5% in BF drop and at least 10-15 pounds of lean mass added).

Not going to lie my right quad has me a touch worried but I feel it is just overworked and sore as hell as opposed to injured, will update on that later tonight as it seems to improve with each addition of carbs today.
 
A standing over-head press machine would be effing sick! I wished we had one of those.

It sits at the end of a loading dock, so you are about 5 feet down, it sits at your shoulders and is made of rail road ties, you feel like a beast using it as it looks MEAN!!! Love my gym :).
 
Give me a little time and I will come work out with you, if I can keep up that is. BEAST!!!
