Good stuff I can't wait to see some of these pics. I know Matt got as big as a house, and I can't wait to see what final pics look like for both of you.
Man there is a place by my house that makes gourmet pizza all the ingredients are fresh the sauce is homeade and they are reasonably priced. Although we still need to hit up one of those Brazilian Buffets and just leave the coin on green. Keep bringing the meat out boys!!!!

It's been way too long without an update guys I know, been real busy with my prep these last few days and am doing a new job due to an employee passing away so life is hectic. I have my carb up going on now and should have the photo shoot going on tomorrow evening for the contest. I will drop in later and give a more detailed update of what I did etc...
So this carb up is going pretty awesome, looking WAY bigger right now than I have in two weeks, hope the pics look good tomorrow. Some rice to eat, a shake, chill out and a hot epsom salt bath before bed to get the last of the water out and prevent any spill over.
You have the plan it looks like...I'm pretty interested in the results!
The plan worked well, still not as big as I would like so I had a cup of white rice this morning with some eggs (only 2 yolk, fat low low today). I will munch on an apple later this AM and I should be good to go. There is not much more I can do at this point, just sipping on water per MrKleen so the carbs soak up all the last bit of water. I will have some before my pump-up workout and then it is on for pictures.
If you feel you need to fill out a bit more around an hour out from the shoot have a Snickers, it has just enough fat, carbs and sodium to help you fill up a little right before the shoot without adding any bloating.
Now that is my kind of pre-workout, throw down a Snickers and 8 creatine nitrate so I am pumped to the gills... :yup:
Pslin would be good too, I was planning oats, pslin, creatine nitrate, yok3d oh and some pie filling on the oats..
You just made me hungry!!!!!! Won't the oats with all the fiber have a possibility to bloat you for the pics though? I think those Goo packets would also be very good for carbing up. A couple of those and boom full to the max.
Possibly I usually use rice but rice and pie filling ... maybe just go with the pie filling...the guy that beat me last year was using icing out of a jar...
What about rice pudding made with skim milk? You could add pie filling to that.

After my pictures, I am going to grub down on a chipoltle burrito then order a pizza or something equally obscene. I need a break, my body is looking forward to having 5 days off from weights, I will try and get some running in when I am at the parents but I make no promises.
Yah plan the after meal and make sure it's very satisfying taste wise or you just keep on eating till you are....:grumpy:

You've earned it. Question, are you guys greasing for your shots? It sounds like a silly question, but I'm just curious.
Yah I will add a thin coat of glaze... I don't use too much as it can make you look shiny and soft...
It was well over 90 degrees in the room for my pictures so I had a natural glaze going on. All in all they turned out well, having someone there who knows how to pose properly and teaching you to do it right leads to better pictures. They will get posted next week guys, don't have time to get to them before then. Appreciate you all following along for the ride, each had valuable input I used and will continue as I work towards sub 10% BF for the long haul.
