Good deal on feeling better. DMZ is strong stuff I don't care what anyone else says about it.
 
So 2 grams of Fadogia for a few days equals my balls coming back to life... nothing like the boys getting bigger each day! Oh, and the workout was pretty damn good today as well. Time to step up the game and will be adding in Clen for the next 7 or 8 days, then off until PCT where I will add it in for another 2 weeks. No time to mess around anymore and tomorrow will start at 50 mcgs.

Fadogia is the real deal when trying to get the boys back bro. Used HCGenerate for my last PCT and my balls went from raisins to boulders in days :)

Yeah it is working like a charm and the BOGO T-Force deal is sweet so I have plenty for now and through PCT. I will run it at 2 grams to get them to normal size, should not be much longer, than back it down to 1-1.5 grams a day until I start PCT where I will ramp it up again when I will have the ability to produce test again! So hit up the clen this morning... holy stimulated and hot batman. Throw AT-2 and clen together, wow is all I can say.

I never tried AT-2, but have only heard great things about it. I have some on the way that I'm going to run through my cut and try out though

If you are cutting, it can only help as it is so well formulated and simple yet effective. I will stand behind all of the PES supps, each has worked as advertised for me.

I have to share, the fadogia works like a charm. Let's just say that I would have been missing out on something you would never forgive yourself for if little man wasn't able to salute, oh he did and more than once. A week ago this would never have happened. Though I never used it on cycle, I could see how HCGen would be a great addition to any suppressive cycle or if that is more than you want to spend, throw some T-Force in and you are golden as well.

Legs got a beating last night but I fight some lower back issues that prevent me from taking it to the extreme like I want to. Don't think this is a kink in the armor competitors, I will persevere and fight the good fight until the end of April! :nana:

Not word one about the getting laid fest... today's workout will be fun but there will be a full scoop of NTKTS today as I will need a kick in the a** to get moving after my whopping 5 hours of sleep.

Well I will give you a preview: 213 this morning and looking lean/dry. It is coming around and the abs are trying to very hard to show themselves!!!!

I don't get the kick out of it that Jack3d gives me but it lasts longer than Jack3d so I use both .... you know in the strange brew...
 
Well I will give you a preview: 213 this morning and looking lean/dry. It is coming around and the abs are trying to very hard to show themselves!!!!

I am sitting on 234 as my weight has gone up 4.5 lbs since on cycle, hard to imagine on what I've been eating... abs they are all there but mine show early as have a thick abdominal wall. I still have a lot of cleaning up to do around the edges...

I can't see mine just yet but the line down the side of them seperating the abdominals from the obliques is more defined each day; seems like a deeper cut shows and it keeps moving down which is sick. Not sure how you are growing on that diet Doug but more power to you if it works man; just not for me. Leangains is really something that I like and talking with Chris this weekend, it really is something that needs a lot of exploring as it has so much potential. Literally you start to notice recomp when you do it in days, yes days! :rant2:

Yah it's nuts but there is no denying it. I guess my protein synthesis is through the roof. I'm not taking any chances though, made some adjustments this week.

T-bol is known to cut you up so I am not shocked to see it is working as expected and throw Epi in on top of it, recipe for success.

Todays the last day for the EPI but it has about a week carry over and I started Androhard last week. Just have to add S4 in this week when I comes in.

I am sure the hardness you are getting is from the Androhard, I forgot that is what you were dosing as well. Man you have one heck of a stack Doug.
 
Long overdo for some updates guys. I am in the home stretch with the Epi, fun as this is, I am ready to be done as my body is reaching that I've had enough stage. I will push through to make it to next Friday, then on to PCT. I may be using a new PCT compound that is a single dose in place of the Nolva, working it out with the company I get my peptides through right now. If so, I will use it and the rest of my PCT supps then get bloods done 3-4 post dose (hormone panel on top of the planned liver function test/cholesterol).

Still doing lean gains right now and love the schematic, fat appears to be falling off but a little slower than I would like. Threw some oral clen in there to help :). We shall see where I am next week and I will make adjustments from there. More to come later.
 
I am starting to think perhaps you can get away with a little lower calories daily on the lean gains to the the anabolic reaction if most of it being atone time. 250 grams of carbs gets the same response as 600 seems to on a normal diet regarding being full of glycogen. I need to keep a little better track of my intake but I am just a bit short on my estimations so as not to turn this into an unintentional bulk.

I am considering giving the lean gains a try here in a few weeks. You and Kleen seem to be having some nice success with it, and it looks pretty good from what I gather ;)

I like the schema, what do you do on off days the same or do you cycle macros somewhat. It would be easy to put my scheme into that one ... would make for some large meals...
 
It seems to be working just fine for me... there is some tweaking that needs to be done though, it is not really super well laid out which is kind of annoying but nothing ever is.

Yeh I'm sure everyone's different. I will probably have to change things a few times when I start before I find what works best
 
Guys I know I have been bad about giving you some detailed updates but here is kind of a breakdown of what's going on, plans for the rest of the log, changes in supplementation etc..

Diet wise, I am still running lean gains and really like the lay out. I am playing around with the carbs and total cals, this will continue through PCT as I drop the IGF-1. More than likely I will bring the carbs down some and add in more fibrous carbs and healthy fats as this tends to keep size and slowly drop fat.

PCT plan right now:
Nolva 20/20/10/10
T-Force - 3 grams/day
AI Post Cycle - per bottle
Phytoserms - 2-3 per day (start with 2)
TCF-1 - per bottle
HGH Pro - 4 pre-bed
Need2Slin - 3/day
Continue cycle support
PES Shift
HGH Frag 176-191 - 500 mcg/day

Training I will most likely stay with what I am doing right now but it may move to a 5x5 plan, it depends how my lower back holds out. I haven't touched on it much but my lower back is a mess right now, I can't do many exercises and the ones I have managed to do can't get pushed like I want to. Frankly, I am really pissed about this and it has stopped me from pushing myself like I had hoped.

Normally I am good to go but when coffee does nothing for me, that is pretty much the end of the run for me.

I have Motivate now but my resistance is pretty high. It's just I have courses again, this damn prep and the darn infection in my gums I need something to keep me going. Winter is getting on my nerves too, another big snowfall this evening!! :boggled:

It would not be that extensive had this run not been so long and suppressive. And yes, I got some of those for free so I am running it all, got 15 pounds of gains to keep dang it!!!!

15 lb gain is awesome bro. I hear ya on the EPI. At the end of my run I felt run down and had to back the dose down the last few days. After 6 weeks you are pretty much ready to be normal again..

Rick that is so clearly put into words how I felt. I probably could have toughed it out at 30 mgs for the rest of the week but PCT sounded quite attractive. I spent the last two nights sweating out whatever nastiness is in me from the Epi, hopefully that goes away soon. I am sure the PES Shift at night is not helping at all either but each morning I look better and feel better so I can't complain. My sheets on the other hand, well let's just say its nice having a king size bed!!!!
