I will run it at 2 grams to get them to normal size, should not be much longer, than back it down to 1-1.5 grams a day until I start PCT where I will ramp it up again when I will have the ability to produce test again! I never tried AT-2, but have only heard great things about it. I have some on the way that I'm going to run through my cut and try out though
If you are cutting, it can only help as it is so well formulated and simple yet effective. I will stand behind all of the PES supps, each has worked as advertised for me.
I have to share, the fadogia works like a charm. Let's just say that I would have been missing out on something you would never forgive yourself for if little man wasn't able to salute, oh he did and more than once. A week ago this would never have happened. Though I never used it on cycle, I could see how HCGen would be a great addition to any suppressive cycle or if that is more than you want to spend, throw some T-Force in and you are golden as well.
Legs got a beating last night but I fight some lower back issues that prevent me from taking it to the extreme like I want to. Don't think this is a kink in the armor competitors, I will persevere and fight the good fight until the end of April! :nana:

I am sitting on 234 as my weight has gone up 4.5 lbs since on cycle, hard to imagine on what I've been eating... abs they are all there but mine show early as have a thick abdominal wall. I still have a lot of cleaning up to do around the edges...
I can't see mine just yet but the line down the side of them seperating the abdominals from the obliques is more defined each day; seems like a deeper cut shows and it keeps moving down which is sick. Not sure how you are growing on that diet Doug but more power to you if it works man; just not for me. Leangains is really something that I like and talking with Chris this weekend, it really is something that needs a lot of exploring as it has so much potential. Literally you start to notice recomp when you do it in days, yes days! :rant2:
Yah it's nuts but there is no denying it. I guess my protein synthesis is through the roof. I'm not taking any chances though, made some adjustments this week.
T-bol is known to cut you up so I am not shocked to see it is working as expected and throw Epi in on top of it, recipe for success.
Todays the last day for the EPI but it has about a week carry over and I started Androhard last week. Just have to add S$ in this week when I comes in.
I am sure the hardness you are getting is from the Androhard, I forgot that is what you were dosing as well. Man you have one heck of a stack Doug.

I am starting to think perhaps you can get away with a little lower calories daily on the lean gains to the the anabolic reaction if most of it being atone time. 250 grams of carbs gets the same response as 600 seems to on a normal diet regarding being full of glycogen. I need to keep a little better track of my intake but I am just a bit short on my estimations so as not to turn this into an unintentional bulk.

Guys I am getting that run down feeling like I did from the DMZ right before I stopped it. Today is going to be my last day of Epi.. it's been a good run but my body has had enough to say the least. Having my BP back to normal, liver de-stressed and cholesterol returning to normal is so attractive right now. I will start Nolva tomorrow along with the rest of my PCT supps. PLan will be to take Nolva at night before bed and the rest of the supps will be dosed per the bottle and most likely in the AM.
Sorry to hear about the back, I hope it gets better soon. Have you been able to do cardio or anything, or has it all been shot?

EPI is a bit smoother for me but I do get some lethargy...
I can do cardio but the DS does not help, throw in a back pump here or there and it exacerbates the problem.
Normally I am good to go but when coffee does nothing for me, that is pretty much the end of the run for me.
That is one hell of a PCT....
15 lb gain is awesome bro. I hear ya on the EPI. At the end of my run I felt run down and had to back the dose down the last few days. After 6 weeks you are pretty much ready to be normal again..
