or you could load it, take it in with you, do your thing, right before you start lifting weight go to a stall, pin, wrap the slin pin with a bit of toilet paper and discard it on your way out.
I honestly don't give a f**k. I live right by my gym so it's not an issue to pin like 10 minutes pre workout on my way out the door, but if I lived further I'd take it with me. I'd do something like the stall thing just because youre right people are gonna look at you funny but for the most part most people in there are minding their own doing their own ****, and if ur discreet about discarding what you use then no one will ever know.
one thing you could do is take a cold pack inside a lunch box, with your vial in it, draw in the car, and pin the the locker room. that way it stays cold.
No more messing around, the DMZ has began. Going to take 30 mg today and for the next 3 weeks. Unless there is a need to, I will not go up to 45 mg. Man I am excited and the fact it is still carb up day add to the excitement.

So no sides to speak of from the DMZ yet though the lack of caffeine is giving me a lingering headache. To combat this I am sipping on some coffee and it is helping. I highly doubt this is BP related as I get a tingling feeling in my head when it spikes and that is not present now. Drinking a Tom of water and muscles are feeling more dense, could be the extra carve as well. 2.5 hours until the workout from hell...
I just want to start with 6:20 in the AM injections aren't fun... but alas they will get easier each time I am sure. And I want to finish with this, Lyle McDonald, you sir are a jacka**! My legs are TRASHED! I will say that in the mirror this morning my chest is looking rather full and the fat I hold there and on my upper lats is definitely dropping quickly, must be the T3. This morning I felt surprisingly refreshed less the DOMS, the GH definitely led to some DEEP sleep.
Even though I tried the IGF last night, it is getting side lined for a few weeks, will start it when I begin the bridge to Epi in week 3. That way it will carry over into PCT and help with maintaining gains. Also, I will focus most of the dosing on my higher carb days and shoot for 4 times per weeks as I hear 3-4 is all you need with the LR3 version, twice per day injections.
Your supplements make me feel like an amateur.
I am drinking water like a crazy mofo trust me. Tried out the research on the rat today, all is well. GH is on board, going to bring some with me to the workout tomorrow, and dose it before bed as well. I need some more AA, I thought I got two bottles of 30mL, instead it was 3mL, damn site had it mislabled.
How much is the 1mg of DES vs. LR3?
i can tell you your headaches ARE probably blood pressure related. water, fish oil and some hawthorn or grape seed. Caffeine or any other stimulant will only make this worse. jmo

I should have mentiioned that cuz when I went to the site it said 3 and I thought is that enough ? diddn't mention it .. should have... i gut 2 5ml so I have just enough for 2 ml AA for 1 mg of DES the bottles are all 2 ml bottles so that is good. Are you going to dilute it further or just AA....?
I hear you can but that is just more to inject and the more that goes in, the less comfortable it will be... AA is 99.4% water, how much more diluted does it need to get? I am not subscribing to this extra dilution argument.

Yesterday's workout was rough but I think for day 2 of depletion work, I crushed it. I actually am thinking about going up in weight already, thank you DMZ! I also looked pretty shredded yesterday mid workout when I had a pump, they last about 5 minutes on low carbs no matter what I do.
Ok, as for the BP issue that continues. I got some grape seed and am taking 2 AM, 2 early PM, 2 before bed and doing the same with the Hawthorne. So far that is not making much of a dent in it though I feel a little better this morning, any suggestions? I need to check it I know so I can see how high it is but either way, I need to get it back down to a normal range and fast.
Also remember the biggest importance with blood pressure is the difference between the bottom and top number. If not over 70 points difference even with being high you are not at any increased danger for stroking or anything. It is the massive fluctuations that blow out the weak spots in the arteries and veins.

I'm here, Fin! Sorry I'm late to the party! I'd love to run some of those peptides, but alas, I'm still on IGF-1 (and I must say, I have no complaints). I need to get with some of you guys; the site I buy my IGF from comes ready-to-go in AA. I don't know SQUAT about mixing them in BW; and that's what not only scares me, but keeps me from purchasing them; I don't want to mess it up. Also, a friend of mine wants to give me a box of pins (short needles, only .5 inch). I guess I'd better take those!

I have a bruise to prove it too... the last two GH frag injects have been fine though and apparently it is working, I am looking WAY leaner in the midsection. I am starting to see the tops of my abs and if this continues I could see a 4 or 6 pack in my future by the end of the run.
Hit up some cardio this morning and had a pre workout of GH frag... just not the same as a scoop of Jack3d (my preferred pre cardio drink). I did about 27 minutes on the treadmill, speed 3 with incline 6. I was sweating pretty good and actually was surprisingly awake with no stimulation. Today is the last low carb day for the next three and I am so ready to eat carbs, I am weak, flat, tired and have a HARD workout to do tonight as well. At least I get 30 grams of carbs pre-workout so I am looking forward to some nice pumps then the carb fest is on.
Here is my plan for the carb load:
Post workout - 200 grams carbs / 50 whey isolate
2 hours later - 3 cups whole wheat pasta with low fat sauce, 8 ounces of chili
Pre-bed - Protein shake, 1 banana, 2 bagels
First thing AM - 3 heeping cups of Frosted Mini Wheatsand skim milk, 6 egg whites
The rest of the meals I am have planned but I really don't feel like typing them out. It will be about 1400-1550 grams of carbs, depends on how much I can stuff in. I will also be throwing in some Sierra Mist (no caffeine) with every other meal as it is an easy source of quick carbs. Last meal of the day on Friday will be around 8 or 9. I will taper the carbs down some on the last few meals and I will be using Recompadrol throughout the day, probably take 6 or so (one per meal or I will be crapping myself in my chair). Most of my protein on Friday will be powder sources (whey isolate) but I have three whole food feedings in there as well.
So I am back on clenviscerate today but will be off of it again until Saturday as Lyle states it is not good on refeed days. If I do 2 on/2 off it seems to work better for me, less burning from the clen as my mixture is a bit strong.
Oh, and thought you might want to know this... weight is 205!

Are you cutting, bulking or recomping? Is that 205 a weight gain or loss? Either way, great job Finny!! Keep kick'n ass.
It will amount to a recomp with bulk like gains. I am cutting a lot of fat for sure and adding mass thanks to the anabolics and peptides, it falls under that new category of a bulking recomp. :friday: I am up 5 pounds from Saturday when I started and am way depleted on carbs so 205 is a legit weight for me in regards to real mass not water weight.
Gonna have to see some progress pics of this "bulking recomp" thing. I'm not sure how that even works physiologically!

That is why the Ultimate Diet 2.0 is so ultimate, it allows you to cut a ton of fat and add mass. It is all about partitioning, managing leptin levels and glycogen depletion and supersaturation. Long story short, it's a beotch but allows you to do some pretty impressive things if you get it right and with DS/AAS in the mix, it really shines.
