Monsterdrol XT Cycle

Have a good day today. I use to do a hellacious leg exercise once every month that involved 100reps. then i just did slow concentrated leg ext/leg curls. 35min. exercise and done. The goal is to get as many reps as you can each weight until you get to 100 total reps. I had to use Smith Machine Squats to protect myself. Start out with 185lb,then: 205/225/275/295/315/365/385/405/455 My last set would be close to 2-4 reps with 455 or 475. It was a blast! just some ideas to change it up for ya. If not, no biggie. Good luck today

I see why you would only do that once a month, it would take that long to recover. Talk about vommit inducing! We do drop sets and shoot for 100 reps sometimes but never on legs. Might have to give it a try for sure.

thanks man i killed it today its like a dream just keeps getting better. 100 reps is a killer its all in the mind. i did somthing like that the german volume it was a killer but it did work. i wouldnt mind going back to something like that after were done with this routine.
 
Im turning greener by the day. dam i better get to the store and buy some bigger shirts there starting to rip. I would have to say this stuff is legit i had a killer pump going on today never felt like this in my life. made good gains in everthing today im up 8!!! freaken pounds i feel bigger all the way around. im ready to poke my wife 24/7 the urge wont go away cant beat that. i did get a pretty good head ache yesterday but that was a lack of water intake but a gallon fixed that other than that its been treating me well.

I almost killed this guy today setting the pace he had to follow, next time im going to bring him a barf bucket and some tampons haha. On a better note I see him everyday and i can honestly already see a noticeable difference all around in vascularity and muscle fullness. This guy deserves a cookie for insane work and dedication, i found him as a stray nursed him to health and now hes in there whooping my ass in certain lifts lol.

hahaha kill me never dam ur a funny guy by that i mean looking lol. but like u say this stuff is doing its job on us both and it has only been a week and a half im thinking weight gains around 15 to 20ib and up on major muscle lifting groups atleast 30ib maybe more

sorry guys for lack of updates computer been down its all good now well its the end of week 2 its treated me well so far no sides. I have had some good pumps on this really good increases on body wieght and lifting weight. im up 8ib to 170
max out on bench up 15ib to 300 max havent maxed out on squat but it has to be around 400 since on weight reps ive increased 30ib no idea on deadlift hoping 330 or more ill max out on everything on the end of the cycle well i list my past workouts first up todays workout.

strenght has been shooting up in everything i have got alot more mass too i measured my arms there up a half inch to 15 1/2 chest is bigger. so i would say it is doing its job well

+15 on bench max 285 to 300
squat is around 400 from 375

good day still increasing no sides at all even my mood stays about the same. tomorrow is a off day cant wait for thur back to chest, bis and tris my weight today was 172 but that was mostly added water but my dry weight is around 170.5 im hoping to get to 180 i think most of what i gained is muscle i seem a little more cut up then fatter

thanks im trying my best the gains are good its mostly lean muscle there no bloat really myabe just a tad ill know more by the end of this week i hoping to gain around 15lb of true lean muscle by the end of the cycle my wife or me havent noticed any added fat just more cut up

sorry didnt see the ? on diet but im getting around 3500 calories a day alot of chicken and tuna. taken in no less than 300g of protein and lots of water im trying to bulk up if i gain a little fat thats ok ill lose it later

yeah bro; i was noticing that despite the huge meals and large water intake; my stomach is not bloated at all!! In fact, I see more definition and such. It's kind of nice :)

DAY 17

WELL TODAY DIDNT START WELL WAS WANTING TOGO TO THE GYM AT 11AM TODAY BUT GOT CALLED TO WORK SO THAT SCREWED MY DAY WAS ITCHING THE WHOLE TIME TO GO POUND OUT SOME IRON. IVE BEEN HAVING SOME CRAZY PUMPS LAST COUPLE OF DAYS ANY LITTLE THING I DO I GET A PUMP. I DIDN GET TO GOTO THE GYM UNTILL 830PM TONIGHT WAY TO LATE FOR ME I NEVER DO GOOD THIS LATE IN THE DAY AND TO MAKE THINGS WORSE NO LIFTING PARTNER. I STARTED OUT WITH 90 DUMB BELLS ON INLINE THEN WENT FOR 95S DIDNT GO THAT WELL MY ELBO POPPED AND WENT NUMB SO DECIDED JUST STICK WITH LIGHT WEIGHT AND HIGHER REPS. BUT OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A GOOD WORK OUT.

BS no proof! I got shane to vouch for my lifts he showed up after i hit incline haha. I really wish i wouldve done weighted dips before i did CG bench! Horrible idea to do them afterwards and in a superset at that. I think it time to open with those instead of CG bench although they killed my tris right off the bat today. My cable x-overs kicked your cable x-overs ass today u got no excuse's posting little baby numbers like that! Definitely throwing in a drop set for chest next week. Good work man glad you actually were able to make it and didnt completely puss out on it.

If we bumped to 40mg tomorrow we both have enough pills for 10 more days. Or i think 15 if we stay at 30mg tough choice man. Those 5 days could mean 2-3lbs but the higher dose could mean 2-3lbs quicker which may not be better who knows!

Have either you or reecew ever used a good SD clone before? I'm just wondering how the strength gains of Monsterdrol compare to SD.
