Those BB rows on the bench are called spider rows. Ive seen actual machines like the T-bar row that are designed for this. Ive tried them not a big fan with the bench since i dont feel i get full range of motion like i do with a bent over bb row. Now i got a friend who wont do anything but spider rows so it may just be me lol.

Never tried seated front raises i bet theyre much harder. You killed it man my bodys aching just looking at that weight your throwing around!

Cool to know they have a name I felt them bro lol epecially as a SS with the front raises that **** fried my delts bro!

Lol, I pinned my right quad wrong about a week ago, actually exactly a week ago today. And is still in pain, I can bare weight on it fine but I don't have full rom yet :(

My legs feel neglected no squats!!! For over a week. So I'm staying off of it as much as possible so I can hit them back up next week. On a weird side note it might b the test or the fact that I've been getting a bit more sleep but my calfs look gawking swole! Like they grew a whole inch or some ****.

the smaller the muscle the more youre gonna feel it. also youve never pinned there so its DEFINITELY not gonna feel great.

but it makes sense as to why people pin glutes, quads and delts... cuz they can probably hold more than calfs, traps and biceps!!

on a sad note i think i might be developing some gyno on both nips....:puppy_dog_eyes: got a really small hard bump on the right one and a big maybe pea size one on the left, just not as hard. was bummed last night when i found out is weird cause they arent soft, itchy or sensative but last night jate was bitting and sucking on my pecs and after she left they felt sore so I started feeling around and felt them ****s..popped 20mgs nolva nd went to bed will continue to do so until they go away or until i get the letro i ordered last night im bumping my forma up to 20 pumps a day again. nd just a quick big FY :cussing: to all you guys that said i was going nuts with the estro control...will be hitting back and bis shortly... :bigok:
 
I like an AI over a SERM to combat gyno during cycle.. letro has always done well. Lumps dont sound good tho.. dose your **** til they are GONE.

Yeah well I have the forma which I will now dose aggressively and though I have all the faith in the world it will take care of me I still ordered the Letro but that could take anywhere from 3-14 days to arrive so I added the serm just to b ok....

WO felt good today was my last day on the epi took it out with a bang at whoping 90mgs it killed the bottle so I said **** it! The katana now will go on for 2 more weeks at 600mgs. I finally have full rom of my leg but there is still a little pain so I'm chill till next week then is Helios, t3 and cardio back to 2 x a day :)

Holy sh** thats an intense workout, i love it. You killed it man thats my kind of back and arm day haha. The new routine im doing doesnt have enough volume for me(although its working) so im going to throw in a few more back excercises for it.
 
So today marks week 3 of test just did my pin on the left glute. I heated the oil a bit this time it felt pretty nice just, let the vial seat in a hot glass of water for a few secs before and g2g. I got about a week left of orals, which is nice. Then it looks like we are right on schedule for the t3 Helios run to start next week! Got chest & tris tonight!

600 is 300per ml so I just kept it simple and went with that. I'm pretty sure I'm feeling it not so much strenght wise but I def got that alpha feeling going on. I mean I'm a pretty confident guy but on this **** I'm like a social butterfly no homo but I got 3 numbers in-between classes and feel like girls can smell it on me it seems (to me atleast) that I've been getting a lot of attention. I've also got this sick craving to smash a older chick I'm talking like 40s. Agression is up lol yesterday I was driving this girl home from school and some one passed me on the right lane and I just went ape**** started cussing in Spanish. Shorty got all wide eyed and was like "I have no idea what u just said but u looked and sounded so mean!" I've been taking acnetame since a week before I started the test so my skin is been pretty clear I do have 3 pimples on my back and I usually never get them there but that's ok as long as is not on my face. As far as strengh again I havent noticed much interns of an increase I do however have that feeling I talked about while on epi is like my endurance is up not that I can add a extra plate but I can bang out a few extra reps. I'm happy with the cycle so far :) will see how the test and the t3 match up next week super pumped to use Helios!

I got down to 215 on the t3 but weight started going back up when I started the epi I just weighted my self after Tonights work out and I was 226 so I gained weight yet still lost a significant amount of bf I don't have an exact number the gym started charging to get tested now...(****ing putos I don't know what they think ppl do for a living but they charge u 29.99 a month and ten dollars a month on top of that for a locker!) I haven coughed up the $15 yet but I'm thinking I will soon top abs are very visible and so are my obliques it seems like the weight I out on mostly went to my chest/delt and traps at least that's what most ppl have commented on.
I've been off all Stims and t3 for almost 3 weeks now. Sunday will be my last day of katana so I'll be off all the orals and I will start on t3 and Helios Monday for a 6 week run. Conteplating adding some cjc,ghrp and igf lr3 but I might safe the peps for pct will see how it goes. I'm finishing my last 6 weeks on test with a these caps that got 50mgs tbol, 50mgs winni and 50mgs var will start then on week 9 of test and run trough week 12 and then for 2 more weeks while the esters clear. pretty pleased with this run so far...aside from my leg being hurt and the mild gyno coming up it's been almost perfect. So no complains and I think my legs needed the time off as I've noticed a bit of growth...sounds weird I know but between all the cardio and the high volume leg workouts I think I was hindering growth.

Thanks bro! I'm real proud if those pull ups too! About 10months ago I could barely do 5 granted I was heavier and weaker but still felt dam good to bang them out!
 
So tonight was just chest and tris

15 min warm up. Is cold out and they were blasting the ac in the gym coming in from a warm car = a sure way to get hurt!

I've been trying to get my chest out so I've been concentrating on incline a lot lately but today I hit a little flat and had a failed attempt at 305 lol. Last chest day some old guy while I was benching and said a guy my size should be benching over 300 for reps it made me angry at first but he does have a point. Plus a little motivation never hurt some one any way let's get on with the WO

i dont know where unreal is, but i think he could probably relate to what im saying. he says its his weakest lift, or that he can put up that big weight but it isn't worth the stress on your joints to just jump up like that. I mean especially for not some old culero. I thought it was a young culero, but i guess it was an old one.

What really gets me at the gym is these old fat dudes who maybe USED to be in their prime tossing weight around like theyre doing something in those y back tanks, man boobs hanging out of the sides and front.... some of them are cool but when you see someone working out for damn near 2 years and they look worse.. lol....
