It has no name on it lol. There is no brand or anything. I need to go ahead and cave pick up an APT or Inzer belt. What do u suggest Neck?

Yeah, I've been thinking about picking one up too. I haven't been using a belt and ithink it's time.



I'm a pretty big fan of the Inzer Belts & have been using them for the last 8yrs. I'm currently using the PR Belt, but on a tight budget I would suggest using the Forever Lever Belt 13MM. Here's a link:

Complete Bust This Morning!!!!!!

I attempted to double up my dead PR today & completely punked out!!!!!:zx11pissed: I got the bar about 2" above my knees & couldn't lock it in!!!!! All I accomplished is blowing out a blood vessel in my right eye. Try, try, try again, I guess!!

I have a 13mm lever belt from Inzer. It wasn't cheap, but man is it quality. That PR belt looks sick as hell though.
 
I have back day in 2 days, and i took last week off from deads (and sldl) but i honestly don't think i can pull more than my last max. Not sure if i will give it a go, just have to wait and see how i feel.
 
Ya sorry to disappoint, but this place facking sucks. I cant use chalk and deadlift without chalk just doesnt feel right. Plus their bars r just weird.

Damn, that does suck. Liquid chalk? My gym doesn't allow chalk either, so raw gripping had added challenges.

That's so bu11****, most of these gyms out here nowadays want to just look like people workout:zx11pissed:
 
It is one of those places that is swarming with personal trainers. Or atleast by my standards. I usually lift on an AF base where there r few trainers or at a REAL GYM where there isnt a bunch of BS.
 
I got an Inzer 10mm single prong belt, its sick best birthday gift ever.

Man that sounds like a great bday present. Quick does anyone want to buy it for me for my bday? Its in a month so if u buy it now it will get to me before my birthday lol.
 
I heard about that awhile back, I didn't know it was official though.

It was discussed and speculated upon awhile back (in June I believe), but it was officialized yesterday or this morning I believe.

My grip is definitely my limiting factor on deadlift. Once i get that straightened out i should be pulling well over 500.

Speaking of deadlifts, I was at the Night of the Living Deadlift last weekend. There several really big pulls. Thomas Eiseman deadlifted 760 (i think) at 180. Orlando Greened pulled 814 at 220, and Andy Bolton pulled 964 at around 335. Andy also came in and did some testing in our lab. So i got to talk to him for a few hours.

How very cool. It's about damn time too. Now they can mix it up more and create some dream matches. :wink1:
 
Yeeeaaa buddy! Set 2 new prs tonight. Pulled 430 clean, was feeling good, said f it, put 5 more on and nailed 435. Felt like I could of added 10 or 15 more, but I'll save that for next time. Oh, I weighed 177, so that's a 2.45! Pumped!

Did 455 x1 no straps, after 405 x5 and 425 x 3 I think....In a southern CT gym filled with Jersey Shore look-a-likes..... ~250, 6'3, and hate deads!! I have done 500 one time awhile ago on a PH cycle.

Awesome sauce Biggie!! You just keep on getting stronger and stronger. I'm guessing the rehab went very well indeed.

I've got SLDL's scheduled for next Friday morning's workout. May have to hit up some regular deads afterwards since I'll be well-warmed up.
May see how many reps I can crank out with 500 lbs. :scratchchin:

I got 435 for 12 reps back on October 3rd. And it had been many years since doing regular deads. I'm a stiff-legged deadlifter these days. Makes my hamstrings and spinal erectors strong as all Hel. The whole posterior chain is strong from doing these.

But I'm not gonna lie, I will be using my Versa Gripps!!! LOL

HaHa I am more like Vinny, as Snookie said it is like trying to put a watermelon through a pin hole. OHHHHHHHHH! LOL Besides i don't think that Situation dead lifts, would surprise me.
